Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、アユの鰓病の治療及び予防薬に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
アユは、従来から珍重されてきたが、天然で獲れるもの
が少くなつたため、最近では養殖が盛んになつてきてい
る。このアユの養殖において、種々の病気が発生し、養
殖業者が大きな被害をうけることが多い。その病気の一
つとして、鰓病がある。アユの鰓病とは、アユの鰓に発
生する病気を総称するものであるが、その原因について
は不明の点が多く、従つて根本的な対策は未だ見い出さ
れていない。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
本発明は、アユの鰓病の予防及び治療に有効な薬剤の提
供にある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は、よもぎ葉を主成分とするアユの鰓病の予防及
び治療薬に関する。
本発明に用いられるよもぎ葉は、キク科ヨモギ〔アルテ
ミシア・プリンセプス・パンパニニ（Artemisia prince
ps Pampanini）〕又はヤマヨモギ〔アルテミシア・モン
タナ・パンパニニ（Artemisia montana Pampanini）〕
の葉であつて、シネオール、ツヨーン、セスキテルペ
ン、セスキテルペンアルコール、コリン、アデニンなど
を含む。
本発明は、よもぎ葉の乾燥したものを用いるが、好まし
くは粉末にしたものが魚の嗜好性及び均一投与の面で好
ましい。
よもぎ葉は、乾燥物としてアユ１ｔ当り１日約200〜600
ｇを経口投与するのが好ましい。投与方法としては、飼
料に混合して与えるのが好都合である。
本発明の薬剤の使用方法としては、例えば飼料を与える
のと同じくアユの養殖池への投与が挙げられる。
〔実施例〕
次に、実施例を示す。
実施例１ よもぎ薬の乾燥物を選別して不純物を除去し、粉砕して
粉末を得た。この粉末を篩過して、よもぎ葉乾燥粉末を
得た。
〔考果〕
次に本発明の効果を示す。
参考例１ 実施例１で得られたよもぎ葉乾燥粉末200ｇをアユの飼
料２０Kgに混合して、アユの鰓病の発生した養殖池に与
えた。また対照区として、よもぎ葉乾燥粉末を添加しな
い飼料を用いて試験を行つた。その投与方法は次の通り
である。
得られた結果は、次の通りであつた。
