Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the fire extinguishing efficiency by a method wherein a parking stage with a plurality of parking places, is formed, and a disaster preventive curtain to seal the fire extinguishing space for each parking place is provided. CONSTITUTION:For a mechanical type parking lot 1, plural stages of parking stages 3 which have a plurality of parking places 2 are provided. At each parking place 2 of the parking stage 3, a fire sensor W, fire extinguishing device and disaster preventive curtains 12 are provided. The fire sensor W is provided on the ceiling of the parking place 2, and the fire preventive curtains 12 are provided at a front part and both side parts of the ceiling of the parking place 2 in such a manner that the fire extinguishing curtains 12 may surround a fire extinguishing space F.
