Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案はゴルフクラブにおけるヘッド取着装置，特に鋳
鉄等の金属で造ったドライバー、ブラッシ、バヒー、ク
リーク等のウッドゴルフクラブのヘッドの取着装置に関
する。
〔従来の技術とその問題点〕
最近、木の材料不足により上記鋳鉄製のウッドのゴルフ
クラブのヘッドが広く用いられるようになっているが、
かかるヘッドの取着部にシャフトを固定した場合、その
ヘッドの打面のシャフトに対する傾斜角度すなわちフェ
イスアングルの調整には鋼鉄製のフェイスを削らねばな
らず面倒であった。
本考案はかかる欠点を除去するもので傾斜した偏心孔を
有するパイプすなわちセッティングパーツを挿入する向
きを変えることにより容易にヘッドの打面1aのフェイス
アングルαを調整しうるようにしたものである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案はウッドのゴルフクラブのヘッド１のシャフト取
着部３にはシャフト固定用の筒状部４を設け、この筒状
部４には筒状のセッティングパーツ５を密嵌し、このセ
ッティングパーツ５にはシャフト２に密嵌する円孔６を
その中心軸に対し傾斜させて設けてなるゴルフクラブに
おけるヘッド取着装置である。
〔作用〕
セッティングパーツ５をヘッド１の取着部３の筒状部４
に挿入し、回転させてその向きを変えると円孔６及びそ
れに挿入したシャフト２の向きが変わる。したがってヘ
ッド１のシャフト２に対する取付角度を調整することが
でき、その打面1aを削ることなくそのフェイスアングル
α（ロフト）を調節できるものである。
〔実施例〕
上記セッティングパーツ５、シャフト２はヘッド１の外
側より挿入したビス10により固定しているが、ビス10の
代わりに接着剤で固定してもよい。
セッティングパーツ５の上端には鍔5aがある。この鍔5a
には回動用の切欠部5bがある。またその外径は10mm，円
孔６の内径は８mm，円孔６の深さは30mmである。その円
孔６の向きはその端部におけるセッティングパーツ５の
肉厚ｔが１mm，0.6mm，0.3mmになるように傾斜させたも
のを３種類用意する。シャフト２を挿入する長さは35mm
とする。
〔考案の効果〕
以上のように本考案によれば、セッティングパーツ５を
ヘッド１の取着部３の筒状部４に挿入し、回転させてそ
の向きを変えると円孔６の向きが変わり、ヘッド１のシ
ャフト２に対する取付角度を調整することができ、その
打面1aを削ることなくそのフェイスアングルαを調節で
きるものである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】ウッドのゴルフクラブのヘッドのシャフト
    取着部にはシャフト固定用の筒状部を設け、この筒状部
    には筒状のセッティングパーツを密嵌し、このセッティ
    ングパーツにはシャフトに密嵌する円孔をその中心軸に
    対し傾斜させて設けてなるゴルフクラブにおけるヘッド
    取着装置。
