【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はウリ科植物の実生の子葉、茎、根または全草の
抽出成分を配合したことを特徴とする化粧料に関するも

本発明者らは、かかる問題について鋭意研究を重ねた結
果、ウリ科植物の実生の子葉、茎、根または全草の抽出
成分が、保湿性に優れており、かつ、皮膚に対して優れ
た美肌効果を与えることを見出した。さらに、化粧料に
配合したとき、皮膚の色つやを良くし、小ジワの防止お
よび改善等の優れた整肌効果が得られるとともに、保湿
性が向上することが見出された。また、皮膚に刺激を与
えず、安全性の高い化粧料である。さらに本発明のウリ
科植物の実生の子葉、茎、根または全草の抽出成分の原
料入手を考えた場合、収穫時期あるいは気象条件等には
あまり左右されず、原料の入手が比較的容易でかつ安価

い。抽出操作は、通常、熱水、好ましくは、加圧条件下
で、例えば、120〜200℃の温度で、約30〜120分程度熱
