並設し、この各洗浄槽に被洗浄物を順次搬送して洗浄液
により洗浄する洗浄装置において、前記各洗浄槽の上面
に被洗浄物挿通用の開口部を設け、この開口部を介して
前記搬送装置で送られた被洗浄物を載置して洗浄槽内を
昇降させる昇降台を設け、各洗浄槽内の上部には、昇降
台に載置する被洗浄物に向けてエアを噴射する洗浄液水
切り用のエアノズルを設けるともに、前記開口部を開閉
する蓋開閉装置を設けたことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
