蓋を有する容器を洗浄、水切りなどの処理工程ごとに仕切った処理室内で処理する容器洗浄装置において、処理室を貫通して設けられ、容器本体を開口側を下方にして間欠的に搬送する本体搬送手段と、該本体搬送手段に平行に配設され、蓋を表裏面が水平方向を向くようにほぼ垂直に立てた状態に保持して前記本体搬送手段と同期させながら搬送する蓋搬送手段とを備え、洗浄ノズル及び水切りノズル蓋の表裏面と容器本体の内外面に向けて噴射し得るように配設し、該水切りノズルとして、搬送時に蓋の表裏両面にエアを吹付ける水切りノズル及び搬送時に容器本体の上面にエアを吹付ける水切りノズルと、搬送停止時に容器本体の内面にエアを吹付ける水切りノズルとを設けるとともに、これら搬送時と搬送停止時とでエアを供給する水切りノズルを切替える切替手段を設けたことを特徴とする容器洗浄装置。 In a container cleaning apparatus that processes a container having a lid in a processing chamber partitioned for each processing step such as cleaning and draining, a main body that is provided through the processing chamber and that intermittently conveys the container main body with the opening side down A conveying means, and a lid conveying means which is arranged in parallel with the main body conveying means and holds the lid in an upright state so that the front and back surfaces are oriented in the horizontal direction and conveys the lid while synchronizing with the main body conveying means.
