Claims (6)
- 1. センサを備えた掘削機ストリングの振動状態の自動監視の方法であって、 前記方法が、 − 前記センサ各々毎に基準スペクトルを得る段階と、− 実際の状況において 前記センサ各々毎にスペクトルを得る段階と、 − 前記センサによって測定される大きさに関する偶発的な不安定性を検出する ために、2つのスペクトルを比較する段階と、− 音声表示装置及び/又は視覚 表示装置によって前記不安定性を通報する段階 とを含み、 更に前記スペクトルの処理が、少なくとも0.1Hz〜400Hzの周波数範囲 内で行われ、実スペクトルと基準スペクトルとの間の比率が安全値と警戒値との 間に含まれているならば、使用者が必要に応じて掘削パラメータを修正すること を可能にするためにその状態が使用者に知らされることを特徴とする方法。
- 2. 前記センサによ,て供給される信号が、プログラム可能フィルタと、RM S変換器又はエイリアス除去フィルタと、マクチプレクサと、A/D変換器と、 1つ以上のプロセッサとを連続して通過することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。
- 3. 前記比較が、実スペクトルと基準スペクトルとの間の比率の形で行われる ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 4. 前記比較が、実効値に関してのみ行われるか、又は全スペクトルに関して 行われるかのどちらかであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。
- 5. 前記実スペクトルと基準スペクトルとの間の比率が安全値を越えないなら ば、掘削パラメータがそのまま維持されることが可能であることが使用者に知ら されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 6. 前記実スペクトルと基準スペクトルとの間の比率が警戒値を越えるならば 、使用者が積極的に行動して掘削パラメータを修正することが可能であるように 、この状態が使用者に知らされることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一 項に記載の方法。
