Claims (20)
- 1.基盤材料、および 前記基盤材料によって保持され加熱すべき基体の到達すべき温度に少なくとも等 しいキュリー温度を有し交流磁界中に置いたときに所望の熱を発生するのに十分 な高透磁率と高損失とを有する損失加熱粒子、との結合から成り、 前記粒子を保持する前記の基盤材料は、前記基体を加熱するために前記基体の表 面に置くように適合されており、また交流磁界中で基体を加熱した後に粒子を基 体から取り除くことができるように適合されている、ことを特徴とする、交流磁 界中で基体を加熱するための物品。
- 2.前記基盤材料が前記粒子を後に除去が可能なように前記物品に接着するよう に適合された接着手段を有し、これによって、所望の加熱が達せられた後に前記 粒子を除去することが可能なように適合されたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の物品。
- 3.前記粒子が接着剤によって前記基盤材料の表面に、所望の加熱が終了した後 に、液体で洗うことによって前記粒子と前記接着剤とを前記基盤材料から取り除 くことが可能なように接着されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載 の物品。
- 4.前記基盤材料が少なくとも100%の伸張が可能なテープを含んでいること を特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の物品。
- 5.前記テープが、少なくとも100mm(10−1)の円錐侵入値を有し、ま た少なくとも200%の伸張が可能であるゲル材料を含んでいることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第4項に記載の物品。
- 6.前記基盤材料が、前記基体の表面に除去可能なように置き、加熱が終了した 後に基体から除去するように適合されており、これによって前記粒子を前記基体 から除去することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の物品。
- 7.前記基盤材料が少なくとも100%の伸張が可能なテープを含んでいること を特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の物品。
- 8.前記テープが、少なくとも100mm(10−1)の円錐侵入値を有し、ま た少なくとも200%の伸張が可能であるゲル材料を含んでいることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第7項に記載の物品。
- 9.前記物品が前記基盤材料中に分散している損失加熱粒子を含んでいることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の物品。
- 10.前記物品が、高透磁率を有しかつ損失加熱粒子を介して磁気回路と結合を することが可能な無損失粒子を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に 記載の物品。
- 11.前記損失加熱粒子が電気的な導伝を示さない層状形態で存在することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の物品。
- 12.前記損失加熱粒子がフェリ磁性体粒子であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の物品。
- 13.前記損失加熱粒子がフェライト粒子であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の物品。
- 14.基盤材料と、前記基盤材料によって保持され加熱すべき基体の到達すべき 温度に少なくとも等しいキュリー温度を有し交流磁界中に置いたときに所望の熱 を発生するのに十分な高透磁率と高損失とを有する損失加熱粒子とを含み基体の 加熱が終了した後に前記粒子を除去できるように適合された物品に基体の表面が 接触するように基体を置くこと、および、 前記物品を基体の表面に接触して備えている基体を交流磁界中に置き、前記基体 に対して所望の加熱を行うこと、 を含むことを特徴とする基体の加熱方法。
- 15.所望の加熱が終了した後に前記基体から前記物品を取り除くステップをさ らに含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。
- 16.前記交流磁界を発生させるための電源として定電流源を用いることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。
- 17.加熱すべき基体と、 前記基体の上に配置された、基盤材料と前記基盤材料によって保持され加熱すべ き前記基体の到達すべき温度に少なくとも等しいキュリー温度を有し交流磁界中 に置いたときに所望の熱を発生するのに十分な高透磁率と高損失とを有する損失 加熱粒子とを含み基体の加熱が終了した後に前記粒子を除去できるように適合さ れた物品と、前記磁界を発生するように適合された誘導コイル、および、 前記粒子を加熱するのに有効なあらかじめ選択された周波数の交流電流を前記誘 導コイルに電力として供給するように適合された電源、 とを組み合わせてなされていることを特徴とする、基体を加熱するためのシステ ム。
- 18.前記電源が定電流源を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に 記載のシステム。
- 19.磁界を発生するように適合された誘導コイルと、基体を加熱するように適 合されまた加熱終了後には基体から除去するように適合された、基盤材料と前記 基盤材料によって保持され加熱すべき基体の到達すべき温度に少なくとも等しい キュリー温度を有し交流磁界中に置いたときに所望の熱を発生するのに十分な高 透磁率と高損失とを有する損失加熱粒子とを含み基体の加熱が終了した後に前記 粒子を除去できるように適合された物品を基体の表面に有する、前記交流磁界中 に置かれた基体、および、 前記粒子を加熱するのに有効なあらかじめ選択された周波数の交流電流を前記誘 導コイルに電力として供給するように適合された、前記誘導コイルに接続された 電源、とを含むことを特徴とする集成装置。
- 20.前記電源が定電流源を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第19項に 記載の集成装置。
