- 1.物品そはんた付けするための方法において:はんだ材料と、はんだの流動温 度と少なくとも等しいキュリー温度を有し、交番磁場が与えられたときはんだを 流動化させる充分な熱を生じるよう充分に損失性である損失性発熱粒子との組合 せからなる組成物を物品上に置くこと;及び 前記物品と組成物に交番磁場を与え、前記損失性発熱粒子によってはんだをその 流動温度に加熱すること;を含む方法。
- 2.前記損失性発熱粒子がはんだ材料中に分散されている請求の範囲第1項記載 の方法。
- 3.前記はんた材料がはんだペーストからなる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 4.前記はんだ材料がはんだペーストからなる請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。
- 5.前記損失性発熱粒子が粒子の層からなる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。

- 18.前記損失性発熱粒子が粒子の層からなる請求の範囲第14項記載の組成物 。
- 19.前記損失性発熱粒子がフェライト粒子からなる請求の範囲第14項記載の 組成物。
- 20.前記損失性発熱粒子がその表面上に導電性コーティングを備えている請求 の範囲第14項記載の組成物。
- 21.高透磁率を有し、且つ前記損失性発熱粒子がそのキュリー温度またはその 近傍にあるとき磁気回路結合を与えることができる非損失性粒子を含む請求の範 囲第14項記載の組成物。
- 22.前記損失性発熱粒子は、はんだが流動化したときその表面がはんだによっ て湿潤されるものである請求の範囲第14項記載の組成物。
- 23.前記損失性発熱粒子は、はんだが流動化したときその表面がはんだによっ て温潤されないものである請求の範囲第14項記載の組成物。
- 24.はんだ材料と、はんだの流動温度より高くはんた流動温度より約300℃ 高い温度までの範囲のキュリー温度を有し、交番磁場が与えられたときはんだを 流動化させる充分な熱を生じるよう充分に損失性である強磁性の損失性発熱粒子 との組合せからなるはんだ組成物。
- 25.前記損失性発熱粒子がはんだ中に分散されている訴求の範囲第24項記載 の組成物。
- 26.前記はんだがはんだペーストからなる請求の範囲第24項記載の組成物。
- 27.前記はんだがはんだペーストからなる請求の範囲第25項記載の方法。
- 28.前記損失性発熱粒子が粒子の層からなる請求の範囲第24項記載の組成物 。
- 29.前記損失性発熱粒子がその表面上に非導電性コーティングを備えている請 求の範囲第24項記載の組成物。
- 30.高透磁率を有し、且つ前記損失性発熱粒子がそのキュリー温度またはその 近傍にあるとき磁気回路結合を与えることができる非損失性粒子を含む請求の範 囲第24項記載の組成物。
- 31.はんだ材料と、フェリ磁性であり、はんたの流動濃度と少なくとも等しい キュリー温度を有する損失性完熱粒子、あるいは強磁性であり、はんだの流動温 度より高くはんだ流動温度より約300℃高い温度までの範囲のキュリー温度を 有する損失性発熱粒子との組合せからなり、交番磁場が与えられたときはんだを 流動化させる充分な熱を生じるよう、前記損失性発熱粒子が充分に損失性である はんだ組成物が接続点に付着されている別の物品への接続に適した物品。
- 32.物品上でリカバーする熱リカバリ可能なカバーを備えている請求の範囲第 31項記載の物品。
- 33.コア内に損失性発熱粒子を含み、該損失性発熱粒子がはんだの流動温度と 少なくとも等しいキュリー温度を有し、交番磁場が与えられたときはんたを流動 化させる充分な熱を生じるよう充分に損失性であるコア付きばんだワイヤ。
- 34.前記コア内にフラックスを含む請求の範囲第33項記載のコア付きばんだ ワイヤ。
- 35.請求の範囲第33項記載のコア付きばんだワイヤを平坦化しはんたリボン 状としたはんだりボン。
- 36.請求の範囲第35項記載のはんだリボンからなり、該リボンを切断しては んだ前形成物を形成するように成形されたはんだ前形成物。
- 37.物品をはんだ付けするための自動調整装置において: はんだ材料と、はんだの流動温度と少なくとも等しいキュリー温度を有し、交番 磁場が与えられたときはんだを流動化ざせる充分な熱を生じるよう充分に損失性 である損失性発熱粒子との組合せからなるはんた組成物が接続点に付着されてい る別の物品への接続に適した物品;磁場を発生する誘導コイル;及び 前記粒子を発熱させるのに有効な所定周波数の交流として電力を前記誘導コイル に与える電源;を備えた装置。
- 38.前記電源が定電流電源からなる請求の範囲第37項記載の装置。
- 39.前記物品が損失性発熱粒子によって加熱される熱りカバリ可能な部材から なる請求の範囲第37項記載の装置。
- 40.磁場を発生する誘導コイル; はんだ材料と、はんたの流動温度と少なくとも等しいキュリー濃度を有し、交番 磁場内に位置され交番磁場が与えられたときはんだを流動化ざせる充分な熱を生 じるよう充分に損失性である損失性発熱粒子との組合せからなるはんた組成物が 接続点に付着されている別の物品への接続に適した物品;及び 前記誘導コイルに接続され、前記粒子を発熱させるのに有効な所定周波数の交流 として電力を前記誘導コイルに与える電源; を備えたアセンブリ。
- 41.前記電源が定電流電源からなる請求の範囲第40項記載の装置。
- 42.前記物品が損失性発熱粒子によって加熱される熱リカバリ可能な部材から なる請求の範囲第40項記載の装置。
