Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 1.弁ハウジングとこの弁ハウジングのハウジング孔内に挿入されたブッシュと の間に摩擦により固定された弁スリーブを装着し、この弁スリーブで囲まれた磁 気アーマチュアが弁スリーブに設けられた励磁可能な磁気コイルに応答してスト ローク運動を行い、磁気アーマチュアに形成されかつ一部を磁気コアで囲まれた ニードル弁を、弁ハウジングに装着された弁座に当接可能である例えばスリップ 制御装置付液圧ブレーキシステムに用いる電磁弁であって、前記ブッシュ(1) と弁ハウジング(2)との間に摩擦でロックされた態様で把持された前記弁スリ ーブ(3)の領域内に、所定のサイズおよび方向の形状的にロックする接触面を 持つ少なくとも1の形状的にロックする結合部が設けられ、これらの接触面間に 作用するスラスト力に反作用することを特徴とする電磁弁。
- 2.前記ブッシュ(1)の円高状面は、少なくとも凸状及び/又は凹状形状の接 触面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁。
- 3.前記弁スリーブ(3)とブッシュ(1)との間の形状的にロックする接触面 は、ブッシュ(1)の外面上で少なくとも1の半径(R)により中空回転体状に 形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁弁。
- 4.前記ブッシュ(1)の外周に配置された形状的にロックする接触面は、拡大 された面で形成されるのが好ましい少なくとも部分的に配置された凹部(4)を 設けられ、この凹部内に弁スリーブ(3)が保持されることを特徴とする請求項 1から3いずれか1記載の電磁弁。
- 5.前記ブッシュ(1)の円筒状面は、対称軸に対する長手方向及び/又は横方 向において、凹状及び凸状形状の面を設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から 4いずれか1記載の電磁弁。
- 6.前記ブッシュ(1)は、弁スリーブ(3)の内面に面する接触面上で、ほぼ 円錐状に傾斜した形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1 記載の電磁弁。
- 7.前記弁ハウジング(2)内に挿入されるブッシュ(1)は磁気コアとして形 成され、このほぼ截頭円錐状の面に係止部材である形状的にロックする部材が設 けられ、この形状的にロックする部材は弁ハウジング(2)に作用する弁スリー ブ(3)の接触面と弁ハウジング(2)との間のコーキング作用により取外し不 能に係合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁。
- 8.弁ハウジングとこの弁ハウジングのハウジング孔内に挿入されたブッシュと の間に摩擦により固定された弁スリーブと、この弁スリーブで囲まれた磁気アー マチュアとを備え、この弁スリーブが弁スリーブに設けられた励磁可能な磁気コ イルに応答してストローク運動を行い、磁気アーマチュアに形成されかつ一部を 磁気コアで囲まれたニードル弁を、弁ハウジングに装着された弁座に当接可能で ある特にスリップ制御装置付液圧ブレーキシステムに用いる電磁弁の製造方法で あって、前記弁スリーブ(3)は深絞りされたオーステナイトステンレス鋼で形 成され、前記弁ハウジング(2)内における弁スリーブ(3)の摩擦及び形状に よりロックする固定は、弁ハウジング材料を常温でコーキンすることにより行わ れ、高強度の薄肉構造の弁スリーブを形成することを特徴とする製造方法。
