Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水和次亜塩素酸カルシウムとホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金 属塩とからなる固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物において、少なくとも50重量 %の有効塩素濃度及び少なくとも4重量%の水含有量を有することを特徴とする 固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 2.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸が、次の式:▲数式、化学式、表等があり ます▼(I)(式中、RはH又はCHR′−CHR′′−CO−OHを表わし、 R′はH又はCO−OHを表わし、R′′はH又は低級アルキル基を表わす) で表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物 。 3.アルカリ金属が、ナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム、及びそれらの混合物か らなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固体次亜塩素酸 カルシウム組成物。 4.R′′がHであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシ ウム組成物。 5.R′がHであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウ ム組成物。 6.水和次亜塩素酸カルシウム化合物が、約6〜約18重量%の範囲の水含有量 を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 7.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩の濃度が少なくとも約0 .005重量%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシ ウム組成物。 8.有効塩素濃度が少なくとも65重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記 載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 9.アルカリ金属がナトリウム又はカリウム、及びそれらの混合物であることを 特徴とする請求項8に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 10.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩の濃度が約0.005 〜約5重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カ ルシウム組成物。 11.有効塩素濃度が少なくとも70重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に 記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 12.水含有量が、約6〜約12重量%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 13.アルカリ金属がナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の固 体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 14.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩の濃度が約0.1〜約 3重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カル シウム組成物。 15.組成物が圧搾された形態を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固体 次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 16.圧搾された形態が錠剤又はブリケットであることを特徴とする請求項15 に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 17.組成物が圧搾された形態を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の固 体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 18.圧搾された形態が錠剤又はブリケットであることを特徴とする請求項17 に記載の固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物。 19.次亜塩素酸カルシウムを水に添加して次亜塩素酸カルシウム水溶液を形成 する給薬装置中のスケール形成を阻止することを特徴とする方法において、少な くとも50重重%の有効塩素濃度及び少なくとも4重量%の水含有量を有する、 水和次亜塩素酸カルシウムとホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩 とを特徴とする固体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物を前記給薬装置に入れ、前記固 体次亜塩素酸カルシウム組成物と水とを接触させて次亜塩素酸カルシウム水溶液 を形成させることを特徴とするスケール形成阻止方法。 20.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸が、次の式:▲数式、化学式、表等があ ります▼(I)(式中、RはH又はCHR′−CHR′′−CO−OHを表わし 、R′はH又はCO−OHを表わし、R′′はH又は低級アルキル基を表わす) で表されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 21.アルカリ金属が、ナトリウム、カリウム、及びそれらの混合物であること を特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 22.ホスホノブタン ポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩の濃度が約0.1〜約 1.5重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。 23.圧搾された形態が錠剤又はブリケットであることを特徴とする請求項22 に記載の方法。
