[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an external preparation for preventing suppuration of living skin. [Prior Art] Conventionally, there have been two methods for preventing suppuration when the skin is inflamed: internal preparations and external preparations. Among internal medicines, taking antibiotics is said to be the most effective, but it requires specialized knowledge regarding side effects, etc., and is limited to methods in which a doctor examines the patient and determines whether or not to use it. . As for external preparations, there are liniments containing deleterious substances such as iodine and liniments containing poisonous substances such as mercury, but their bactericidal action lasts only a short time, so if the symptoms are severe, they should be administered at least once a day until the inflammation has healed. It was necessary to repeat the application. The daily application of conventional drugs involves peeling off the gauze that is stuck to the patient's skin and flesh with plasma, etc., so the surface of the inflamed area is peeled off along with the gauze every day, significantly inhibiting skin regeneration activity. Not only did the treatment take longer, but abnormal scars such as keloids often remained even after complete healing. If suppuration occurs, recovery will be delayed and the scar will become even worse. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Inflamed skin regenerates and repairs skin and flesh cells using the body's natural healing powers such as immune and metabolic functions, but for one to two weeks while the skin regenerates, The first priority is to prevent suppuration, which inhibits this regenerative action. Purulence is caused by bacteria entering the affected area, multiplying, and releasing toxins, so after repeated tests in search of a method other than conventional sterilization methods, which have problems in preventing suppuration, we found that: The present invention, which is a refined oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, prevents suppuration by a method that can be called a "new sterilization method" or "new bacteriostatic method" that prevents bacteria from entering the affected area. This is what we aim to achieve. [Means to solve the problem] Heat and melt horse fat to remove solid impurities,
Then, unsaponifiables are removed by hot water washing or distillation, and the active ingredient is an oil or fat that has an acid value of 0.9 or less, a saponification value of 195-201, an iodine value of 70-72, and a specific gravity of 0.916-0.917. It is a topical preparation that prevents suppuration of the skin, and its active ingredients include unsaturated fatty acids consisting of oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linolenic acid, eicosamonenoic acid, eicosatrienoic acid, and myristoleic acid. and contains 56% to 62% of total fatty acids,
In addition, the present invention was achieved by making the fatty acid liquid at a melting point of 35° C. or lower. Production example: 200 kg of raw horse fat is crushed in a mincing machine, then kneaded in a kneading machine, and then heated to 120℃ and dehydrated.
After 40 minutes of filtering in a filter press under a pressure of 2 Kg/cm 2 , 138 Kg of crude oil was obtained. The crude oil was then led to a separation tank and allowed to cool naturally until the liquid temperature reached 7 hours and 20 minutes.
When the temperature reached 30°C, it was separated into a liquid part and a solid part.
The yield of the liquid portion was 123.5Kg. Next, the mixture was introduced into a vacuum steam distillation apparatus, the pressure was reduced to 10 mmHg, and then heated to 130°C. Next, pressurized steam was injected from the bottom of the distillation column, and the steam adsorbing unsaponifiables was extracted using a vacuum pump. The main steam cleaning was continued for about 8 hours for final purification. The yield was 117.3Kg.

Examples of the present invention will be described below. (a) Woman In the boiling bathroom, she forgot to turn off the fire.
I slipped and one arm fell up to my shoulder into the hot water. Because it was winter and I was wearing a jacket with long sleeves, the hot water seeped into my clothes, causing severe burns, and when I took off my clothes, the epithelium of my skin sore, tore, and fell off. The condition in which the epithelium erodes and peels off is called a "third-degree burn," and it is common knowledge in the dermatology community that the prognosis is keloid scars. The treatment she performed was to apply the present invention thoroughly, cover it with gauze, and protect it with a bandage. She applied the present invention over the gauze once or twice a day, and about 10 days later, blood and fluids appeared. The gauze that had stuck the skin and flesh loosened and came off, and I replaced it with new gauze for the first time. After about a month, the bandage and gauze were removed, and the present invention was applied thinly to the affected area, which was not keloid-like but reddish-brown, and two months after the accident, the patient's skin completely returned to its normal state. There were no scars at all, so even when I told the doctor about the situation after he was fully healed, he didn't believe me. (b) Male While working while wearing rubber boots, boiling water accidentally got into the boots, resulting in ``third-degree burns'' where the skin on the heel of one foot was sore and peeled off. Although the present invention was used immediately, the burn area was approximately 2.
Within a few months, the skin had become normal with no scars (the progress is shown in the diagram) (c) A man suffered third-degree burns on both legs and was hospitalized for treatment, but on the fourth day, the doctor who examined him said, ``The prognosis is keloid.'' I heard about the invention from a friend who happened to be visiting me, so I decided to leave the hospital and use the invention at home. Since it had been four days since the burn occurred, recovery was delayed, but after complete healing there was no keloid and only a slight whitening of the skin. It took about two months to fully heal. (d) Woman: She overturned a pot of cooking oil that had been heated to 180 degrees and splashed oil on one hand and one foot, resulting in ``second-degree burns'' that caused the skin to blister on both sides. The present invention was immediately applied, and the hand, which had relatively mild symptoms, was completely healed after one month, and the foot was completely healed after two months, leaving no scars at all. (E) Female: She suffered a laceration that caused her left middle finger to be cut vertically by about 4 cm with a sharp knife. Immediately I thought of implementing the present invention, applied the present invention and held it with my right hand until the bleeding stopped.
After about 20 minutes, the bleeding stopped, so I fixed the wound with a bandage in the same way as when treating a burn. By simply applying the present invention over gauze once a day, the patient was completely healed in about two months, and no scar remained despite the deep laceration. (f) Female She became pregnant, but due to her age, she had to have a caesarean section to give birth. Starting from the day after the surgery, the subject applied the present invention to the surgically sutured scar once or twice a day using his or her finger. Even after being discharged from the hospital two weeks later, I continued to apply it to the surgical scar once or twice a day, and two months later, the surgical scar had completely disappeared and I was completely healed. The above are some examples related to burns and wounds. Other details are shown in Table 3.
