Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the suppuration obstructing the regeneration action of the cell of the skin/muscle by melting equine fat under heating to remove solid impurities and subsequently applying steaming or distillation thereto to remove an unsaponified substance and using' oils and fats having a specific acid value, a specific saponification value and a specific iodine value as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:Equine fat is melted under heating to remove solid impurities and subsequently subjected to steaming or distillation to remove an unsaponified substance to obtain oils and fats having an acid value of 0.9 or less, a saponification value of 195-201 and an iodine value of 70-72 as an effective component. The oils and fats being the effective component contain 56-62% of unsaturated fatty acid consisting of oleic acid, linolic acid, palmitoleic acid, lonoleic acid, eicosamonoenoic acid, eicosatrienoic acid and myristoleic acid and is a liquid wherein the m.p. of fatty acid is 35 deg.C or less. By this method, absorbability and compatibility are markedly enhanced and skin tissue can be activated.

Among internal medicines, taking antibiotics is said to be the most effective, but it requires specialized knowledge regarding side effects, etc., and is limited to methods in which a doctor examines the patient and determines whether or not to use it. .

As for external preparations, there are liniments that contain deleterious substances such as iodine, and liniments that contain poisonous substances such as mercury, but their bactericidal action lasts only for a short time, so if the symptoms are severe, they may be administered at least once a day until the inflammation is cured. The application had to be repeated.

The daily application of conventional agents involves peeling off the gauze that is stuck to the skin and flesh of the affected area with plasma, etc., so the surface of the inflamed area is peeled off along with the gauze every day, significantly inhibiting skin regeneration activity. Not only did the treatment take a long time, but abnormal scars such as keloids often remained even after complete healing9.If suppuration occurred, recovery would be delayed and the scars would become even worse.

Inflamed skin regenerates and repairs skin and flesh cells using the body's natural healing powers such as immune and metabolic functions, but for 1 to 2 weeks while the skin regenerates, suppuration that inhibits this regenerative action is prevented. Prevention is the first priority.

Purulence occurs when bacteria invade the affected area, multiply, and release toxins, so after repeated tests in search of a method other than the conventional bactericidal properties, which have problems in preventing suppuration, unsaturated fatty acids The present invention, which is a purified oil with a high content, aims to prevent suppuration by a method that can be called a "new sterilization method" or "new bacteriostatic method" that blocks bacteria that try to invade the affected area. .

Therefore, due to its permeability, it adheres closely to the skin tissue and forms an oil film, acting to have an affinity with the unsaturated fatty acids in the fingers.90) As shown in Table 1, linole is an essential fatty acid among unsaturated fatty acids. It contains acid and phosphoric acid at a high concentration (around 20%).

Linoleic acid has already become a component of cell membranes for 197 years.
``Linoleic acid rapidly passes through the skin barrier and reaches the skin capillaries''1.
He has published over 10,000 clinical cases. In other words, it has proven to have excellent penetrating power. Therefore, topical administration of linoleic acid has a significant effect on the proliferation of dermal cells.

In detail, due to its strong penetrating power, it rapidly seeps into the microscopic pores of cells, becomes compatible with the finger, expels air (oxygen) inside the skin tissue, and adheres closely to the skin tissue, creating an oil film. act. This action produces secondary antioxidant and sterilizing properties. Therefore, by forming an oil film and making the affected tissue anoxic, it is widely distributed in the natural world, and is a typical pyogenic bacterium that invades the skin and mucous membranes of living organisms through damaged areas, proliferates, and releases enterotoxins to cause inflammation. Invasion of aerobic Staphylococcus genus is blocked and suppuration is prevented.

c) As is clear from Table 2, the properties of the external preparation of the present invention are particularly:
Through repeated trial and trial, we achieved properties that are very similar to human fingers in terms of specific gravity, iodine value, and saponification value.

This is something that was later realized. The saponification value is related to the molecular weight or chain length of fatty acids and is one of the factors for identifying fats and oils, and the iodine value is an index showing the degree of unsaturated bonds in fatty acids.

By approximating this external preparation to the human finger, the absorbability and affinity of the present invention are inevitably improved significantly, and therefore, it has the basic characteristics of activating skin tissue.

2) Next, as shown in Table 2, the external preparation of the present invention has a 35%
Since fats and oils with a high melting point that do not dissolve at °C are separated and removed, and the melting point is set to 265 °C to 35 °C, it acts so that it liquefies directly at the body temperature (36 °C to 37 °C).
