Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この考案は両方の手での操作を必要とせず、片
手のみで内容液の取出し操作が可能な容器蓋に関
する。
（従来の技術） 片手で容器を把持して内溶液を取出すようにし
たものは、スプレー式或いは軟質容器を利用して
該容器を押潰し、その変形による内圧を利用して
内溶液を噴出させるものが等が一般に知られる。
更に大型容器内からポンプ装置を使用して液を取
出すものは片手でポンプ装置を作動しつつ他方の
手で取出した液を処理するもので、両手を使用す
るのを一般とする。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） 上記従来の容器の操作をするには、容器本体を
片手で把持するか又は定置された容器のポンプ装
置を片手で作動することを要し、使用時には両手
が塞がるという操作上の不便があつた。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本考案は上記従来の不都合を排し、片手の甲で
ポンプを作動し、その手の掌面に内溶液を取出す
ようにしたもので、蓋体の下部にシリンダーとピ
ストンとで構成されるエヤーポンプを設けて、そ
のピストン杆を蓋体の上方に突出させて常時に上
方に付勢すると共に先端に圧下片を設け、シリン
ダーの下面にはエヤー吹出孔を設け、ピストンに
はその上動時に開放して外部エヤーをシリンダー
内に導入し、下動時には閉塞してシリンダー内の
エヤーを圧縮して吹出孔から排出させる開閉弁を
設け、蓋体を貫通して下方に延長したサイフオン
菅の上端を圧下片に対し間隔を存して下向きに開
口して成る。
（作用） 本考案による蓋は、液容器内にサイフオン菅の
下部端を挿入させて蓋体を容器口部に気密に結着
して使用するもので、第２図に示すように片手を
蓋体上面の圧下片とサイフオン菅の上部端開口と
の間に挿入し、手の甲で圧下片をスプリングに抗
して下圧すれば、シリンダー内のピストンは開閉
弁を閉じた状態で下動し、シリンダー内のエヤー
を圧縮して下面の吹出孔から容器内に吹出し、こ
のため容器内の液は加圧されて液はサイフオン菅
を経て上部端の開口から手の掌面に取出すことが
でき、手を引出せば圧下片はスプリングの付勢に
より上動し、これに伴つてピストンは開閉弁を開
放状態として上動し、該弁孔を経てシリンダーか
ら容器内に外部エアーを導入して原状に復元して
次の液取出しに待機するもので、かくして上記の
動作を繰返すことにより随時に容器内からの液を
片手で容易に取出すことができる。
（実施例） 本考案の実施例を図面について説明する。
１は蓋体で、これにシリンダー３とピストン４
とから成るエヤーポンプ２を、シリンダー３を蓋
体１の下部内面に螺着して一体に結着する。エヤ
ーポンプ２のシリンダー３の下面にはエヤー吹出
孔５を設け、ピストン杆６は蓋体１を緩く上下に
挿通して蓋体１の上面に突出させ、且つこれにス
プリング７を作用させて常にピストン４を蓋体１
の内面に圧接させるよう上方に付勢し、ピストン
杆６の上端には圧下片８を結着した。ピストン４
には弁孔９を透設し、これを下面から端部を止め
た弾性材の薄片か成る開閉弁で閉塞し、該開閉弁
１０は常態では弁孔９を閉塞するが、ピストン４
が下動位置から上動するときは外部エアーの圧力
で開放されてシリンダー３内にエヤーが導入され
るようにした。
１１は蓋体１に貫通して取付けたサイフオン菅
で、その下部は必要長さ延長し、上部は湾曲させ
て、その先端１１ａを前記圧下片８に対し間隔を
存して開口した。
上記の構成による蓋片１は、サイフオン菅１１
の下部を容器ａ内に挿込んで容器ａの口部に例え
ば図示例で示す螺合形式又は他の手段で気密に結
着して使用する。尚、開閉弁１１の機構は他の任
意形式のものを採用し得る。
（考案の効果） 本考案によるきは、片手で持つには重い容器に
対し結着使用するときは、片手の甲で圧下片を押
下げることによりサイフオン菅を経て容器内の液
を該サイフオン菅の上部開口端から同じ手の掌面
に取出すことができ、その操作は容易で且つ作動
も的確に行なわれ、大型容器内から例えばシヤン
プー等の液を取出すに極めて好適な蓋を提供し得
る効果を有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蓋体の下部にシリンダーとピストンとで構成さ
    れるエヤーポンプを設けて、そのピストン杆を蓋
    体の上方に突出させて常時に上方に付勢すると共
    に先端に圧下片を設け、シリンダーの下面にはエ
    ヤー吹出孔を設け、ピストンにはその上動時に開
    放して外部エヤーをシリンダー内に導入し、下動
    時には閉塞してシリンダー内のエヤーを圧縮して
    吹出孔から排出させる開閉弁を設け、蓋体を貫通
    して下方に延長したサイフオン菅の上端を圧下片
    に対し間隔を存して下向きに開口して成る容器
    蓋。
