Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は建築、構築物の外壁、例えばモルタル
壁、タイル壁によつて形成された既成外壁を改修
する工法に関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来、この種工法としては特公昭58−17869号
公報が知られている。すなわち、乾式外壁材で葺
成された外壁上に下地骨を垂直に、かつ、既成外
壁の水切り端まで延長し、また土台には直接、あ
るいは付け土台を介してライナー材を水平方向に
固定し、このライナー材上にスタート材を固定し
て新規外壁材の1段目を装着し、順次葺成して外
壁を改修するものである。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) 前記した工法では下地骨が土台と固定されてい
ないため安定性に欠けると共に、スタート材が土
台から外側方へ突出する寸法と下地骨に既成外壁
から突出する寸法との間に大きな相違が生じたり
して施工しにくくなつたり、外観の美観を損なう
不利があつた。さらに、下地骨を固定する際のガ
イドが全くなく、施工しにくく、作業性に劣る欠
点があつた。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明はこのような欠点を解決するため、土台
水切りを既成外壁の下縁に固定し、その取付部上
に縦胴縁のガイドとなる切り欠きを形成した取付
体を水平方向に設け、この取付体の切り欠きに縦
胴縁の下端を切り欠いた部を嵌合すると共に、既
成外壁上に固定し、次に縦胴縁下端にスタータを
水平方向に装着し、これに乾式の外壁材を水平方
向に配設して装着して第1段目の外壁を形成し、
次に第1段目の外壁材の上端に第2段目の外壁材
の下端を係合する工程を順次、必所高さまで繰り
返して施工することにより新規外壁を葺成したも
のである。 (作用) 既成外壁の下端、所謂、土台部分に配設した土
台水切りは既成外壁の下端部を覆い、かつ、端部
の化粧材として機能し、また縦胴縁は土台水切り
上から必要高さまで垂直に固定し、これをスター
タと新規外壁材の取付体として機能させ、さらに
取付体は縦胴縁下端部間に形成される開口部を閉
塞すると共に、縦胴縁の固定位置をガイドするた
めのものである。 (実施例) 以下、図面を用いて本発明に係る外壁改修工法
の一実施例について説明する。第1図は本発明に
係る改修工法の一例を示す斜視図であり、は既
成外壁の躯体、例えば間柱、2は既成のモルタル
壁(以下、端に壁という)構造である。さらに説
明すると、壁2は躯体の外側面に、例えば木
摺、防水シート、ラスシート、モルタル壁材の順
に施工したモルタル壁構造からなるものである。
3は基礎、4は土台、は土台水切りで壁2の下
端に水平方向に配置し、後記する新規壁の土台回
りを形成するものである。さらに説明すると、土
台水切りは第2図a〜eに示すように形成し、
新規外壁の下端部の防水性、防食性、美観性を強
化するものである。その形状としては垂直な取付
部6、水平、もしくは傾斜した水切り部7、垂直
な化粧面を有するカバー部8とからなるものであ
る。は取付体で第3図に示すように壁2の躯体
1に対応した位置に切り欠き部9aを形成し、主
に後記する新規外壁の土台部近傍の開口部を閉塞
すると共に、縦胴縁10をガイドし、嵌合するた
めのものである。10は縦胴縁で壁2の躯体
対応する位置に垂直に、かつ、下端部が取付体
の切り欠き部9aと嵌合すると共に、その裏面が
壁2の表面に当接して釘17を介して躯体に固
定するものである。なお、縦胴縁10には第4図
に示すようにその下端部に切り欠き部10aを形
成し、取付体の切り欠き部9aと嵌合き、か
つ、その合計厚さを縦胴縁10の厚さと同一とし
たものである。11はスタータで縦胴縁10の下
端部に対して水平方向に固定するものであり、主
に新規外壁材16を係止、嵌挿すると共に、風雨
が新規壁の下端に侵入するのを防止するためのも
のである。その形状としては第5図a〜fに示す
ような断面の長尺体からなるものである。すなわ
ち、a〜c図は引掛けタイプ、d〜f図は落し込
みタイプの外壁材16を装着するのに好適なもの
である。具体的には金属薄板をロール成形、プレ
ス等することによつて釘打設部12、底面部1
3、係合部14とから構成したものである。15
は新規外壁で乾式の外壁材16を水平方向に順
次、葺成したものであり、外壁材16としては第
6図a〜jに示すような断面で、長尺状の複合
板、図示しない単一板等のいずれか1種からなる
ものである。なお、外壁材16の連結部構造は引
掛け型、落し込み型のいずれか1種からなるもの
である。17は釘で土台水切り、スタータ
1、取付体、縦胴縁10、外壁材16を躯体
に固定するために使用するものである。18は防
水シートで壁2と外壁材16間に必要に応じて使
用するものであり、主に壁2の結露防止材、防錆
材、防水材、クツシヨン材として機能するもので
ある。その具体例としてはアスフアルトフエル
ト、ターフエルト等である。 次に本発明に係る外壁改修工法の一実施例につ
い詳細に説明する。いま、第1図に示すような壁
2の構造体において、壁2の下端に第2図aに示
すような土台水切りを釘17を介して水平方向
に固定する。次に土台水切りの取付部6上に取
付体を水平方向に、かつ、躯体の間隔に対応
して切り欠き部9aがくるように固定する。次に
縦胴縁10の下端の切り欠き部10aを切り欠き
部9aに嵌合し、かつ、躯体と対応する位置に
垂直に固定する。次に第5図bに示すようなスタ
ータ11を釘17を介して固定する。その後で第
6図fに示すような外壁材16を水平方向に配設
すると共に、下端をスタータ11の係合部14に
係合し、上端を釘17を介して躯体に壁2上か
ら固定する。従つて、新規外壁15を形成するに
は上記したような工程を順次、繰り返して行なえ
ばよいものである。 (発明の効果) 上述したように本発明に係る外壁改修工法によ
れば、既成の外壁を解体する必要がないため施工
上の工数を省略できると共に、工期を大幅に短縮
することができ、しかも施工中の居住に何等支障
を来さない特徴がある。また、本発明において
は、モルタル壁の下端に土台水切りを設け、この
土台水切り上に取付体を固定し、この取付体をガ
イドとして縦胴縁を垂直に、かつ、既成外壁の上
に固定し、この縦胴縁上にスタータ、新規外壁材
を施工したため、外観が均一の施工状態となる特
徴がある。さらに、既成外壁上に土台水切り、縦
胴縁、スタータ、外壁材と施工するだけであり、
簡単、かつ、容易で、しかも新規壁の下端部の開
口も閉塞されるため、結露もなく、外壁材裏面、
既成壁表面の劣化も少ない特徴がある。また、本
発明に係る外壁改修工法による外壁を形成する
と、既成外壁と二重壁構造となり、断熱性、防音
性、防火性に富む壁構造となる特徴がある。
