Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は建築、構築物の外壁、例えばモルタル
壁、タイル壁によつて形成された既成外壁を改修
する工法に関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来、この種工法としては特公昭58−17869号
公報が知られている。すなわち、乾式外壁材で葺
成された外壁上に下地骨を垂直に、かつ、既成壁
の水切り端まで延長し、また土台には直接、ある
いは付け土台を介してライナー材を水平方向に固
定し、このライナー材上にスタート材を固定して
新規外壁材の1段目を装着し、順次葺成して外壁
を改修するものである。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) 前記した工法では下地骨が土台と固定されてい
ないため安定性に欠けると共に、スタート材が土
台から外側方へ突出する寸法と下地骨に既成外壁
から突出する寸法との間に大きな相違が生じたり
して施工しにくくなつたり、外観の美観を損なう
不利があつた。さらに、ライナー材が外気に、し
かも風雨に曝される部分に露出しているため、ラ
イナー材、スタート材が腐食する欠点があつた。
また、上記工法では下地骨、ライナー材が不可欠
のものであり、作業性が悪く、かつ、コストアツ
プとなり不利がある。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明はこのような欠点を解決するため、土台
水切りを既成外壁の下縁に固定し、その取付部上
に縦胴縁の下端を当接すると共に、既成外壁の躯
体と対応する位置に垂直に固定し、この縦胴縁下
端間に縦胴縁と同じ高さで短尺のスペーサを介在
して固定し、次に縦胴縁下端にスタータを水平方
向に装着し、これに乾式の外壁材を水平方向に配
設して装着して第1段目の外壁を形成し、次に第
1段目の外壁材の上端に第2段目の外壁材の下端
を係合する工程を順次、必所高さまで繰り返して
施工することにより新規外壁を葺成したものであ
る。 (作用) 既成外壁の下端、所謂、土台部分に配設した土
台水切りは既成外壁の下端部を覆い、かつ、端部
の化粧材として機能し、また縦胴縁は土台水切り
上から必要高さまで垂直に固定し、これをスター
タと新規外壁材の取付体として機能させ、さらに
スペーサは縦胴縁下端部間に形成される開口部を
閉塞するものである。 (実施例) 以下、図面を用いて本発明に係る外壁改修工法
の一実施例について説明する。第1図は本発明に
係る改修工法の一例を示す斜視図であり、1は既
成壁の躯体、例えば間柱、2は既成のモルタル壁
(以下、単に壁という)構造である。さらに説明
すると、壁2は躯体1の外側面に、例えば木摺、
防水シート、ラスシート、モルタル壁材の順に施
工したモルタル壁構造からなるものである。3は
基礎、4は土台、5は土台水切りで壁2の下端に
水平方向に配設し、後記する新規外壁の土台回り
を形成するものである。さらに説明すると、土台
水切り5は第2図a〜eに示すように形成し、新
規外壁の下端部の防水性、防食性、美観性を強化
するものである。その形状としては垂直な取付部
6、水平、もしくは傾斜した水切り部7、垂直な
化粧面を有するカバー部8とからなるものであ
る。9は縦胴縁で壁2の躯体1と対応する位置に
垂直に、かつ、下端部が土台水切り5の取付部6
上にあると共に、壁2の表面に当接して釘17を
介して躯体1に固定するものである。10はスペ
ーサで縦胴縁9下端部間に水平方向に配設、固定
し、縦胴縁9と壁2と後記する外壁材とによつて
形成される開口部を閉塞するものである。11は
スタータで土台水切り5の取付部6上に水平方向
に固定し、主に外壁材16を係止、嵌挿すると共
に、風雨が新規壁の下端に侵入するのを防止する
ためのものである。その形状としては第3図a〜
fに示すような断面の長尺体からなるものであ
る。すなわち、a〜c図は引掛けタイプ、d〜f
図は落し込みタイプの外壁材16を装着するのに
好適なものである。具体的には金属薄板をロール
成形、プレス等することによつて釘打設部12、
底面部13、係合部14とから構成したものであ
る。15は新規外壁で乾式の外壁材16を水平方
向に順次、葺成したものであり、外壁材16とし
ては第4図a〜jに示すような断面で、長尺状の
複合板、図示しない単一板等のいずれか1種から
なるものである。なお、外壁材16の連結部構造
は引掛け型、落し込み型のいずれか1種からなる
ものである。17は釘で土台水切り、スタータ
11、スペーサ10、外壁材16を躯体に固定
するために使用するものである。18は防水シー
トで壁2と外壁材16間に必要に応じて使用する
ものであり、主に壁2の結露防止材、防錆材、防
水材、クツシヨン材として機能するものである。
その具体例としてはアスフアルトフエルト、ター
フエルト等である。 次に本発明に係る外壁改修工法の一実施例につ
いて詳細に説明する。いま、第1図に示すような
既成の壁構造体において、壁2の下端に第2図a
に示すように土台水切りを釘17を介して水平
方向に固定する。次に土台水切りの取付部6上
に縦胴縁9の下端を当接し、かつ、躯体と対応
する位置に対応して垂直に固定する。その後でス
ペーサ10を縦胴縁9間の下端部で、かつ、土台
水切りの取付部6上に固定して縦胴縁9下端に
形成される開口部を閉塞する。次に第3図bに示
すようなスタータ11を釘17を介して固定す
る。その後で第4図fに示すような外壁材16を
水平方向に配設すると共に、下端をスタータ11
の係合部14に係合し、上端を釘17を介して躯
に壁2上から固定する。従つて、新規外壁
5を形成するには上記したような工程を順次、繰
り返して行なえばよいものである。 (発明の効果) 上述したように本発明に係る外壁改修工法によ
れば、既成の外壁を解体する必要がないため施工
上の工数を省略できると共に、工期を大幅に短縮
することができ、しかも施工中の居住に何等支障
を来さない特徴がある。また、本発明において
は、モルタル壁の下端に土台水切りを設け、この
土台水切り上に縦胴縁を垂直に、かつ、既成壁の
躯体と対応する位置で固定し、この縦胴縁像にス
タータ、新規外壁材を思考したため、外観が均一
の施工状態となる特徴がある。さらに、既成壁上
に土台水切り、縦胴縁、短尺のスペーサ、スター
タ、外壁材と施工するだけであり、簡単、かつ、
容易で、しかも新規壁の下端部の開口も閉塞され
るため、結露もなく、外壁材裏面、既成壁表面の
劣化も少ない特徴がある。また、本発明に係る外
壁改修工法による外壁を形成すると、既成の壁と
二重壁構造となり、断熱性、防音性、防火性に富
む壁構造となる特徴がある。
