In conventional buildings, when an exterior wall, for example a cement mortar wall, is cracked or peeled over a wide area, it is necessary to remove the exterior wall and then form a new exterior wall. This work required an enormous number of days and man-hours, and had the disadvantage of damaging the pillars and the foundation.

Also, during the construction period, it will be necessary to construct tents and other temporary construction to prevent wind and rain from entering the building.
There were inconveniences such as having to cancel residence at some point. Furthermore, in order to save energy, conventional exterior walls lacked a heat-insulating structure, making them less comfortable to live in, and they also had the disadvantage of increasing heating and cooling costs. For this reason, when applying this type of heat insulation structure to a conventional outer wall, a method is known in which the space between the inner wall and the outer wall is filled with a heat insulating material. However, the disadvantage was that the entire wall had to be demolished, which required considerable cost and man-hours.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and inconveniences, and provides an exterior wall repair method that significantly improves livability, heat insulation, design, cost, and construction period.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the exterior wall repair method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the repair method according to the present invention, and Fig. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the foundation part of the repair method according to the present invention. ) and is a prefabricated wall structure. To explain further, the existing wall structure has a wall 2 such as mortar, slate board, metal or ceramic siding board on the outer surface of stud l. Reference numeral 3 denotes a frame for attaching an architectural panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) 6 that forms a repaired wall, which will be described later. It is installed with nails from the top to the bottom end. 4 is a sheet-like material,
It extends over the surface of the wall 2 or the surface of the rim 3, and is made of asphalt felt, terfelt, etc., and mainly functions as a waterproof material. To explain further,
The sheet-like material 4 is used as necessary depending on the condition of the wall 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a heat insulating material, which is disposed between the rims 3 as necessary, and its material may be, for example, a board made of synthetic resin foam such as phenol foam or isocyanurate foam, gypsum board, or sheathing insulation. Board, wood chip cement board, particle board, calcium silicate board, glass wool, etc., or a composite thereof, which adds heat insulation, soundproofing, and fireproofing properties to the repaired wall. In addition, in the case of a hard board, the shape is a rectangular solid shape (Fig. 5A) with the same thickness as the thickness of the rim 3, as shown in Figs. 5(a) to (el). or cover it with a waterproof surface material 5b (
(b) figure), the surface material 5b covering one side of the board 5a is made to protrude from one side of the boat 5a or two adjacent sides (
(C), (D1 figure), the shape of the heat insulating material 5 can be made into a wedge shape to match the back surface of the panel 6 mentioned later ((E) figure). Reference numeral 6 denotes a horizontal panel, which is installed by driving nails 20 into the trunk rim 3 to form a repaired wall. As shown in Fig. 3, the surface material 7 is made of a flat plate such as a colored steel plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, galvalume steel plate, etc., or an embossed thin metal plate. A mating groove 8, an extension part 9 for nail driving on the upper part, and an engagement piece 10 on the lower part of the surface material 7, and a board made of particle board or synthetic resin foam is provided on the back side of the surface material 7 as necessary. ”
A core material 11 made of a hard heat insulating material such as gypsum board, calcium silicate board, glass wool board, sheathing insulation board, wood chip cement board, etc. is attached. Further, although not shown, the extension portion 9 may be provided with a hole for driving a nail. 12 is a batten and a starter 13 will be described later.
It is made of square timber and has a thickness such that its surface is flush with the surface of the rim 3. Reference numeral 13 is used to protect the start of tensioning, mounting base 17, and batten 12 when installing the panel 6 in the starter. As shown in Fig. A portion 14, an engagement groove portion 15 having a U-shaped cross section at its lower portion, and a protection portion 16 for protecting the batten at its lower portion. To explain further, the lower edge 15a of the engagement groove portion 15 is made higher than the nailing crotch portion 14 by an amount H, and is bent at an angle from the tip of the lower edge 15a to form a protection portion 16.

The height difference H between the lower edge 15a and the nailing crotch portion 14 is the height from the furrow 3 to the engagement groove 8 when the panel 6 is installed.
Then, H#h. This is due to the engagement between the panels 6 and the starter 13.
This is to prevent unevenness from occurring in the engagement of the panel 6 and the panel 6. Of course, in the case of a panel in which the lower part of the engagement groove 8 is in contact with the rim, H=0.

The starter 13 is elongated and is driven into the surface of the batten 12 with nails 20, engaging the first panel 6, and covering the batten 12 and the mounting base 17, such as blowing up etc. This prevents rainwater from entering and prevents the battens 12 from corroding. Further, although not shown, the nailing crotch portion 14 may be provided with a hole for driving a nail. Further, 17 is a mounting base, 18 is a base, and 19 is a foundation.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the batten 12 is driven into the base 12, which is the base of the existing wall structure, with nails 20. A starter 13 is placed on top of it. Next, the heat insulating material 5 is driven between the furring edges 3 using nails 20. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the nailing surface 14 of the starter 13 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the base 16 of the existing wall structure, and nails 20 are driven. Next, attach the locking piece 10 of the first panel 6 to the engagement groove 1 of the starter 13.
5, and attach the extension 9 of the panel 5 to the furring 3 with nails 20.
and fix the panel 5. Next, the locking piece 10 of the second panel 6 is engaged with the engagement groove 8 of the first panel 6, and the extension part 9 is driven into the furring 3 with a nail 20 and fixed. This process is repeated, and the third, fourth, and so on are poured, forming a renovated wall with excellent heat insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance.

As described above, according to the exterior wall repair method according to the present invention, there is no need to dismantle the existing exterior wall, so the number of construction steps can be omitted, and the construction period can be significantly shortened. It has features that do not cause any problems. Furthermore, during construction, the rim is fixed to the existing wall structure, so it has sufficient strength to support the renovation panels.
In addition, since the panels are cast in a direction perpendicular to the edge, there is no need to place the panels at all locations that correspond to the existing wall studs, and the placement position can be adjusted depending on the length of the panel. There are characteristics that make it possible to decide.

Moreover, by shaping the lower edge of the starter's engagement groove to vary the height difference from the nailing surface depending on the thickness of the panel core material, during construction, simply attach the starter to the batten. It has the feature that it is possible to form a repaired wall with no irregularities in the engagement between panels and the engagement between the starter and the panels just by pouring. Further, when an outer wall is formed using the outer wall repair method according to the present invention, it has a double wall structure with an existing wall, and has the characteristic of becoming a wall structure that is rich in heat insulation, soundproofing, and fireproofing properties.
