【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は建築、構築物の外壁、例えばモルタル
壁、タイル壁によつて形成された既成外壁を改修
すると共に、新規外壁に断熱性、耐食性、耐結露
性を付加した工法に関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来、この種工法としては特公昭58−17869号
公報が知られている。すなわち、乾式外壁材で葺
成された外壁上に下地骨を垂直に、かつ、既成壁
の水切り端まで延長し、また土台、または直接、
あるいは付け土台を介してライナー材を水平方向
に固定し、このライナー材上にスタート材を固定
して新規外壁材の1段目を装着し、順次葺成して
外壁を改修するものである。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) 前記した工法では下地骨が土台と固定されてい
ないため安定性に欠けると共に、スタート材が土
台から外側方へ突出する寸法と下地骨に既成外壁
から突出する寸法との間に大きな相違が生じたり
して施工しにくくなつたり、外観の美観を損なう
不利があつた。さらに、ライナー材が外気に、し
かも風雨に曝される部分に露出しているため、ラ
イナー材、スタート材が腐食する欠点があつた。
また、上記工法では下地骨、ライナー材が不可欠
のものであり、作業性が悪く、かつ、コストアツ
プとなる不利がある。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明はこのような欠点を解決するため、土台
水切りを既成外壁の下縁に固定し、その取付部上
に縦胴縁の下端を当接すると共に、既成外壁の躯
体と対応する位置に垂直に固定し、この縦胴縁下
端間に縦胴縁と同じ高さの合成樹脂発泡体を充填
介在して固定し、次に縦胴縁下端にスタータを水
平方向に装着し、これに乾式の外壁材を水平方向
に配設して装着して第1段目の外壁を形成し、次
に第1段目の外壁材の上端に第2段目の外壁材の
上、下端を係合する工程を順次、必要高さまで繰
り返して施工することにより新規外壁を葺成した
ものである。 (作用) 既成外壁の下端、所謂、土台部分に配設した土
台水切りは既成外壁の下端部を覆い、かつ、端部
の化粧材として機能し、また縦胴縁は土台水切り
上から必要高さまで垂直に固定し、これをスター
タと新規外壁材の取付体として機能させ、さらに
合成樹脂発泡体は縦胴縁下端部間に形成される開
口部を閉塞するものである。 (実施例) 以下、図面を用いて本発明に係る外壁改修工法
の一実施例について説明する。第1図は本発明に
係る改修工法の一例を示す斜視図であり、は既
成壁の躯体、例えば間柱、2は既成のモルタル壁
(以下、単に壁という)構造である。さらに説明
すると、壁2は躯体の外側面に、例えば木摺、
防水シート、ラスシート、モルタル壁材の順に施
工したモルタル壁構造からなるものである。3は
基礎、4は土台、5は土台水切りで壁2の下端に
水平方向に配設し、後記する新規壁の土台回りを
形成するものである。さらに説明すると、土台水
切りは第2図a〜eに示すように形成し、新規
外壁の下端部の防水性、防食性、美観性を強化す
るものである。その形状としては垂直な取付部
6、水平、もしくは傾斜した水切り部7、垂直な
化粧面を有するカバー部8とから形成したもので
ある。9は縦胴縁で壁2の躯体と対応する位置
に垂直に、かつ、下端部が土台水切りの取付部
6上にあると共に、壁2の表面に当接して釘17
を介して躯体1に固定するものである。10は合
成樹脂発泡体、独立気泡の発泡組織からなり、縦
胴縁9間の空隙に充填し、縦胴縁9と壁2と後記
する外壁材とによつて形成される空間を閉塞する
ものであり、主に新規外壁に対する断熱性の付
与、結露防止を図るものである。11はスタータ
で土台水切りの取付部6上に水平方向に固定
し、主に外壁材16を係止、嵌挿すると共に、風
雨が新規壁の下端に侵入するものを防止するため
のものである。その形状としては第3図a〜fに
示すような断面の長尺体からなるものである。す
なわち、a〜c図は引掛けタイプ、d〜f図は落
ち込みタイプの外壁材16を装着するのに好適な
ものである。具体的には金属薄板をロール成形、
プレス等することによつて釘打設部12、底面部
13、係合部14から構成したものである。15
は新規外壁で乾式の外壁材16を水平方向に順
次、葺成したものであり、外壁材16としては第
4図a〜jに示すような断面で、長尺状の複合
板、図示しない単一板等のいずれか1種からなる
ものである。なお、外壁材16の連結部構造は引
掛け型、落ち込み型のいずれか1種からなるもの
である。17は釘で土台水切り、スタータ
1、外壁材16を躯体に固定するために使用す
るものである。18は防水シートで壁2と外壁材
16間に必要に応じて使用するものであり、主に
壁2の結露防止材、防錆材、防水材、クツシヨン
材として機能するものである。その具体例として
はアスフアルトフエルト、ターフエルト等であ
る。 次に本発明に係る外壁改修工法の一実施例につ
いて詳細に説明する。いま、第1図に示すような
既成の外壁構造体において、壁2の下端に第2図
aに示すような土台水切りを釘17を介して水
平方向に固定する。次に土台水切り5の取付部6
上に縦胴縁9の下端をを当接し、かつ、躯体
対応する位置に垂直に固定する。その後で合成樹
脂発泡体10を縦胴縁9間に充填すると共に、嵌
挿、あるいは固定して縦胴縁9間に形成される空
間を閉塞する。次に第3図bに示すようなスター
タ11を釘17を介して固定する。その後で第4
図fに示すような外壁材16を水平方向に配設す
ると共に、下端をスタータ11の係合部14に係
合し、上端を釘17を介して躯体に壁2上から
固定する。従つて、新規外壁15を形成するには
上記したような工程を順次、繰り返して行なえば
よいものである。 以上説明したのは本発明に係る外壁改修工法の
一実施例にすぎず、第5図a,bに示すように形
成することもできる。すなわち、a図はスタータ
を図のように形成した場合の外壁構造、b図は合
成樹脂発泡体の下端部にカバー材19を介在した
外壁改修工法により形成した外壁構造である。 (発明の効果) 上述したように本発明に係る外壁改修工法によ
れば、既成の外壁を解体する必要がないため施工
上の工数を省略できると共に、工期を大幅に短縮
することができ、しかも施工中の居住に何等支障
を来さない特徴がある。また、本発明において
は、モルタル壁の下端に土台水切りを設け、この
土台水切り上に縦胴縁を垂直に、かつ、既成壁の
躯体と対応する位置で固定し、この縦胴縁上にス
タータ、新規外壁材を施工したため、外観が均一
の施工状態となる特徴がある。さらに、既成の外
壁上に土台水切り、縦胴縁、合成樹脂発泡体、ス
タータ、外壁材と施工するだけであり、簡単、か
つ、容易で、しかも新規外壁間の空隙を閉塞でき
るため、結露もなく、外壁材裏面、既成外壁表面
の劣化も少ない特徴がある。また、本発明に係る
外壁改修工法による外壁を形成すると、既成の壁
と二重壁構造となり、断熱性、防音性、防火性に
富む壁構造となる特徴がある。
