この発明の建物の外壁改装方法によれば、既成外壁を取

きると共に工期を大巾に短縮することができ、しかも改
装工事中居住には何ら支障を来さないオリ点もあり、さ
らに施工においては下地骨が構造材に固定されて所望強
度を保持することができると共に、外壁板は長尺材を使
用し、下地骨と直交する方向に取付けられるものである
から、下地骨の間隔は任意でよく、既成壁の構造材の位
置、強度に応じた適位置に下地骨を取付けることが可能
であり、それによって外壁板の取付が困難になり、その
強度が失われるということがなく、外壁板を充分な強度
をもって確実容易に取りつけることができ、そのオU用
価値は極めて高いものである。
