7を介して固定され、他部分は適宜の間隔で間柱
1に固定されるものである。10はスタータで縦
胴縁9の下端部に固定し、外壁材15を係止する
ものであり、その形状としては第4図a〜fに示
すような断面で長尺体からなるものであり、a〜
c図は引掛けタイプ、d〜fは落し込みタイプの
外壁材15を取付けるのに好適なものである。す

すると共に、スタータ、新規壁の外壁材と協同し
て内外気を遮断する特徴がある。従前のようなラ
イナー材を固定する必要がなく、施工が容易で、
しかも高能率となる特徴がある。また、本発明に
係る外壁改修工法による外壁を形成すると、既成
壁と二重壁構造となり、断熱性、防音性、防火性
に富む壁構造となる特徴がある。
