Abstract

PURPOSE:To reform inner and outer walls within a short time and without requiring a skill by fixing furring strips to an existing mortar wall, mounting a water proofing sheet thereon, and then successively engaging a dry wall material followed by fixing. CONSTITUTION:Reforming work is constituted only by installing furring strips 10 and a water proofing sheet 11 to an existing wall 1 consisting of main pillars 2, studs 2, a mortar wall and the like, and fixing a dry wall material 12 thereon with nails 14. The furring strips 10 are vertically or transversely fixed on a mortar wall 6 depending on the structure of a dry wall material 12. The water proofing sheet 11 is formed of an asphalt felt to give water proofing property, preventing the moisture from the back surface. The dry wall material 12 is formed of a metal sizing material, and is laid to provide a flat cover or stepped cover outer appearance. Then, the positions of the studs 3 are confirmed, the furring strips 10 and the water proofing sheet 10 are installed thereto, the dry wall material 12 is successively engaged, and they are fixed with nails 14, whereby the reforming work is completed.

Conventionally, in order to renovate the exposed inner and outer walls of a house or the like, especially the mortared outer walls, the existing wall to be renovated has been completely removed, cleaned, and re-formed with mortar walls. However, walls repaired using this type of method require many steps, require the suspension of occupancy, increase costs, take many days, lack heat insulation and waterproof properties, and require the use of materials in various parts. There were disadvantages such as the fact that it was not easy to do so.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention newly arranges and fixes a rim to the mortar wall, and also fixes dry wall material on this rim via a waterproof sheet. Using this method, it is easy to install around windows, foundations, exits, and entrance corners at low cost and in a short time, and it is also beautiful. In addition, part of the interior and exterior walls can be constructed without the need for skill. This project proposes a wall structure for repairing internal and external walls.

The outer wall repair structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1(a) and (+)) are partially cutaway perspective views showing a typical example of an inner and outer wall repair structure, particularly an outer wall repair structure, according to the above invention; , studs 3, lath boards 4, lath materials 5, and mortar walls 6. In addition, the existing wall soil structure may include large walls, true walls, mortar walls as the base as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-8129, or glass wool, cellulose fiber, rock wool, or plastic foam between the interior and exterior wall materials. This also includes existing walls filled with wood (for example, mortar walls with a base plate made of plywood with a base coat instead of lath). Note that 7 is a foundation, and 8 is an anchor 9, which is a cloth foundation. Reference numeral 10 denotes a rim, which is used to attach a waterproof sheet 11 and dry wall material 12, which will be described later, and is useful for adjusting the level of the uneven mortar wall 6 and forming a ventilation path on the outer surface of the mortar wall 6. . To explain further,
Depending on the direction of installation of the dry wall material 12, the rim 10 may be installed in the horizontal direction if the dry wall material 12 is installed vertically as shown in the figure (a), or horizontally as shown in the figure. In the case of dry wall material 12, it is fixed to mortar wall soil 6 in the vertical direction. The waterproof sheet 11 is made of, for example, asphalt felt, pillow asphalt felt, etc.
It is placed on top. This waterproofing sheet 11 provides waterproofness together with the dry wall material 12 on the renovated wall surface, and when moisture from above the existing wall passes through the ventilation space formed by the rim 10, the dry wall material 12 This prevents moisture from coming into contact with the back surface of the dry wall material 12 and helps prevent the dry wall material 12 from freezing and thawing. 12 is a dry wall material for forming a new wall surface, and is made of one or more of the materials shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, such as metal siding materials, ceramic-based exterior materials, etc. be. Its exterior is flat-roofed,
Alternatively, it is made of one type of shape that allows for terraced roofing. Of course, any dry board can be used without being limited to the above example. To explain further, FIGS. 2(a) to (b) show metal surface material A, core material/insulating material B.
, and a backing material C. Figure 3 (a) to (k) are the front, backing materials A and C are made of the same materials as in Figure 2, and only the core material/insulating material B is thick, and This is a siding material in which the lower edge of the female connecting part is also filled with core material/insulating material B, and FIGS. 4(a) to (11) show examples of ceramic-based and metal-based drop-in siding.

First, to form a repaired inner and outer wall as shown in Figure 1(b), first confirm the positions of the main pillars 2 and studs 3 on the 6 sides of the mortar wall of the existing wall soil, or use the guideline (not shown). figure)
Use a location display method such as Next, the battens 13 are fixed to the base 7 via nails 14. Thereafter, using the guideline as a guide, the furring 10 is fixed onto the mortar wall 6 with nails 14. Next, cover the existing wall l with the waterproof sheet 11.
placed above. Next, the foundation drainer 15 is fixed, and the dry wall material 12, for example, a board with a cross section as shown in Fig. 2 fZ), is successively installed toward the eaves using a starter 16. . Furthermore, when the mortar wall 6 is destroyed and a new wall is formed using the conventional method, various problems occur, such as replacing studs, replacing accessories, installing a waterproof sheet, and canceling occupancy. On the other hand, in order to construct an exterior wall as shown in Figures 1(a) and (b), a worker simply confirms the position of the studs, etc., and then installs the accessories, the rim 10, and the waterproof sheet 11. After installation, the dry wall material 12 is sequentially engaged, and the predetermined positions are secured with nails 14.
All you have to do is pour the concrete and secure it in place, and a residential building can be completed in about one day by three workers. Of course, there is no interruption in living, and the exterior can be of any color and wall structure.

As described above, the inner and outer wall repair structure according to the present invention has the great feature that it can be carried out in a short time without requiring any skill, and without interrupting the residence. In addition, since a ventilation space is formed on the existing wall, it is possible to prevent condensation due to moisture from the existing wall, and this moisture is vented through the waterproof sheet without coming into contact with the drywall material. , can prevent freezing and thawing. Furthermore, it has the characteristic that it can easily be provided with heat insulation properties, soundproof properties, and impact resistance.
