Conventionally, the soffit material installed on the bottom surface of the cantilever beam is screwed at the base end to an L-shaped mounting bracket installed between the exterior wall panel and the bottom surface of the cantilever beam. The tip side was screwed directly to the bottom of the cantilever beam. For this reason, when installing the soffit material, it is necessary to simultaneously support the proximal end and the distal end of the soffit material while fixing them with screws, which makes installation difficult. In particular, it was extremely difficult to carry out the construction alone. Furthermore, in the past, a gap was created between a roof made of folded roofing material with a corrugated cross-section and an exterior wall panel erected below the edge of the roof, and this gap was removed from the eaves. It is to be filled at the door. In this way, the approximately triangular gap caused by the cross-sectional angular wave shape of the folded roofing material that occurs between the roof part and the external wall panel is replaced by an eave edge door formed in a substantially triangular block shape that matches this gap. Although the gap is well closed at the eave front door, a gap tends to form between the upper end surface of the outer wall panel and the roof in the block-shaped eave front door, making it difficult to close the eave front door. There was a problem that it was difficult to drain water sufficiently during construction.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned technical background, and its purpose is to support the base end of the soffit material on the support step provided at the lower end of the draining board. The installer only needs to support the tip of the soffit material during construction, and even one person can easily install the soffit material, while maintaining sufficient installation strength. To satisfactorily close a gap along the entire length between a roof part and an external wall panel using a material.

The structure of the soffit section of the present invention is such that a folded roofing material having an angular wavy cross section is installed on a cantilever beam 3 toward the outdoors from an exterior wall panel 2 erected below the end of a roof section 1 which is arranged approximately horizontally. A draining plate 19 is provided extending over the entire length of the outer wall panel 2 so as to pass between the base end of the cantilever beam 3 and the outer wall panel 2, and extending from the upper end of the outer wall panel 2 to the lower part of the cantilever beam 3. This draining board 1
An eave front door 5 is provided extending from the upper end of 9 to the lower surface of the roof part 1 to close the gap between the outer wall panel 2 and the roof part 1 of folded roofing material having a wavy cross-section. The base end of the soffit material 18 attached to the lower surface of the cantilever beam 3 is placed on the support step 20 of the draining board 19, and the tip of the soffit material 18 is formed to protrude toward the direction. It is characterized by being fixed to the cantilever beam 3 with screws 22 while overlapping the fascia 21 that hides the tip thereof, thereby achieving the above object. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 2 shows a corridor outside the residential area of an apartment complex. 1 is the roof used as the corridor, and is covered almost horizontally with folded roofing material with a corrugated cross section. It is configured. An exterior wall panel 2 is erected below the outdoor end of the roof 1, and between the roof 1 and the exterior wall panel 2, which are made of approximately horizontal folded roofing material with a corrugated cross section, there is a folded roof panel 2. A gap is created depending on the folded shape of the roofing material. A gap between the upper surface of the outer wall panel 2 and the lower surface of the roof part 1 is closed by an eave front door 5. That is, the peripheral edge portion of the eave front door 5 is in contact with the lower surface of the roof portion 1 of the folded roofing material having a wavy cross section. And eaves side door 5
The lower end portion of is attached to a draining plate 19, which will be described later, with, for example, bolts. In other words, the eaves side door 5
A draining plate 19 is disposed so as to hang down from the back side of the lower end through the upper surface of the outer wall panel 2 to the outdoor surface of the outer wall panel 2, and the lower end of the draining plate 19 has a rectangular bar-shaped projection toward the outdoor side. A curved support step 20 is formed. The drain plate 19 is formed by bending a synthetic resin-coated steel plate, a galvanized iron plate, or the like. Further, a cantilever beam 3 is horizontally attached to the outer wall panel 2 so as to sandwich the draining plate 19, and a soffit material 18 is installed between the upper surface of the support step 20 of the draining plate 19 and the lower surface of the cantilever beam 3. A gap is provided for the end of the. The soffit material 18 is made of synthetic resin-coated steel plate or synthetic resin, and the base end (outdoor side) is bent into a substantially U-shape to form an elastic bent portion 23 having elasticity, and the other end is substantially L-shaped. It is set up like this. Then, the elastic bent portion 23 at the end of the soffit material 18 is inserted onto the support step 20 and elastically clamped, and the soffit material 18 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the cantilever beam 3. The other end is fixed to the cantilever beam 3 with screws 22, overlapping the fascia 21 attached to the tip of the cantilever beam 3. Further, a vertical beam 7 is erected on the upper surface of the roof portion 1 by a metal fitting 6, and a cap 8 is formed on the top of the vertical beam 7. Further, an auxiliary bar 9 is provided protruding from the bottom of the vertical bar 7 toward the outdoors, and an inclined diagonal bar 11 is provided between the upper end of the vertical bar 7, the tip of the auxiliary bar 9, and the tip of the cantilever beam 3.
is constructed, and a small roof 10 is attached to the diagonal crosspiece 11 in an inclined manner by means of an attachment piece 12. This small roof 10 may be made into a panel and shaped into a tile shape or the like. The web 15 of the cantilever beam 3 has a vertically long elongated hole 16 drilled therein, and a gutter receiver 4 for supporting the eaves gutter from below.
The lower part is attached to the elongated hole 16 with bolts, nuts 17, etc. so that it can be adjusted up and down. Therefore, the long hole 16
The water gradient of the eaves gutter can be adjusted by moving each gutter receiver 4 up and down along the eaves gutter.

As mentioned above, the present invention extends a cantilever beam toward the outdoors from an exterior wall panel erected below the end of a roof section in which a folded roofing material with an angular wavy cross section is arranged approximately horizontally. A draining board is provided so as to pass between the base end of the cantilever beam and the exterior wall panel, spanning the entire length of the exterior wall panel, and extending from the top end of the exterior wall panel to the bottom of the cantilever beam. There is a door at the eaves that closes the gap between the outer wall panel and the roof of the folded roofing material, which has a wavy cross section.
The gap between the roof made of folded roofing material with a wavy cross-section and the external wall panel erected below the end of the roof is filled with an eave-side door to drain water, and the external wall panel at the eave-side door is removed. The gap between the upper end surface and the roof section has the advantage that water can be drained sufficiently on the draining plate. In addition, the base end of the soffit material attached to the lower surface of the cantilever beam is placed on the support step of the above-mentioned draining board, and the tip of the soffit material is cantilevered with the tip overlapped with the fascia that hides this tip. Since it is fixed to the beam with screws, when installing the soffit material, place the base end of the soffit material on the support step of the draining board, and fix the tip to the cantilever beam with screws. Compared to a configuration in which both ends of the soffit material are fixed with screws, the workability is improved, and the construction of the soffit material can be completed by one person.Furthermore, since the tip is secured with screws, the base end can be simply mounted. This has the advantage that the attached state of the eave ceiling material can be maintained stably over a long period of time, even though it is a type of installation. Moreover, since the fascia that hides the tip of the soffit material is overlapped with the tip of the soffit material and fixed to the cantilever beam with screws, it improves workability compared to a configuration where the fascia is attached separately. , there is an advantage that the positioning of the soffit material and the fascia is sufficiently performed, and the function of the fascia can be sufficiently enhanced.
