【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は軒先ユニットに係り、特
に、建築施工現場での軒先部構造として、軒樋、化粧カ
バー及び軒天井材等を可及的に単一化構成にして、施工
の簡易化を図った軒先ユニットに関するものである。 【0002】 【従来技術とその課題】従来、プレハブ住宅は、在来工
法による住宅より施工性に優れており普及率が高くユニ
ット化も進んでいるが、特に、雨樋や化粧カバーの取付
け施工は、建物の外側に組む足場からの工事を必要とす
る後付け工法に拠っている。従って、軒先の工事におい
て足場側から雨樋、水切り及び化粧カバー等をビス、ボ
ルト等を用いて躯体に取付け施工していたために、レベ
ル出し、芯出しに手間取り施工コストが高く付くと共
に、取付け作業の安全性にも問題があった。そこで、建
物躯体の内側から軒先ユニットを取付ける工法により、
施工の簡易化と施工費用の低廉化、並びに取付け作業の
安全を図ることが要望されるようになってきた。 【0003】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記課題を解決
するためのものであって、その要旨は、屋根パネルの下
方で躯体桁に固定する軒先ユニットであって、躯体桁に
掛止する断面コ字状の躯体掛止部を、アングルにより水
平方向に所定間隔に固定し、アングルを固定した躯体掛
止部の脚片側に、矩形箱型状の補強板の一側辺を固定す
ると共に、補強板の他側辺に、軒樋を支持する吊り金具
の固定板を固定してフレームとなし、該フレームの吊り
金具固定板からアングルに亘り、一体型の化粧カバーで
覆ってこれをビス止め固定し、上記固定板の水平方向に
所定間隔を保って吊り金具を固定し、且つ該吊り金具に
軒樋を取付けてなる軒先ユニット。 【0004】 【実施例】以下、本発明を図面に基づき具体的に説明す
る。図1は本発明の骨組をなすフレームを斜視図で示
し、図2は躯体桁に取付けられた本発明の実施例を側面
図で示し、図3は本発明の実施例を斜視図で示す。 【0005】本発明の骨組をなす上記フレーム1は、図
1に斜視図で示す如く、断面がコの字を伏せた形状の躯
体掛止部11の前脚片111を、アングル2を用いて水
平方向に所定間隔に複数個固定し、上記前脚片111側
に矩形箱型状の補強板12の後側辺122を固定すると
共に、補強板12の前側辺121に、上記アングル2と
平行に固定板13を配設してなるものであるが、躯体掛
止部11は上記の如く、アングル2により水平方向に所
定間隔に複数個固定したものが好ましいが、この他、1
本に連続したものであってもよい。上記フレーム1は、
金属製、木製、プラスチック製等の何れであっても良
く、軒先ユニットの骨組としての機械的強度を有するも
のであれば良い。 【0006】本発明は、図2に側面図で、また図3に斜
視図で示す如く、屋根パネルAの下方で躯体桁Bに固定
する軒先ユニットであって、上記フレーム1の吊り金具
固定板13からアングル2に亘り一体型の化粧カバー3
で覆い、同時に、化粧カバー3を介在させ、吊り金具4
をビス6により補強板12の前側辺121に固定し、そ
して、該吊り金具4に軒樋5を取付けてなる軒先ユニッ

が簡易化され、従って施工費が低廉であり、また、取付
け作業の安全性が高いものである。
