いては、壁に土台水切りを施工し、その上にスタータを
固定するだけで、新外壁となる乾式の外壁材を施工する
だけでよく、施工しやすく、かつ、安価に施工できる特
徴がある。また、本発明に係る外壁改修工法による外壁
を形成すると、既成の壁と二十壁構造となり、断熱性、
防音性、防火性に富む壁構造となる。さらに、土台水切
りにより新規外壁材の下端が被覆され、新規外壁材の下
端の美観性、耐食性が向上する特徴がある。
