いようにすることを目的とする。 【構成】バックドア(3) のガラスハッチ(5) のガスステ
ー(18)を、該バックドア(3) の外側に取付けて室内側に
出張らないようにし、またバックドア(3) 側に該ガスス
テー(18)の収納凹部(3A)を設けて、該ガスステー(18)が
閉じた状態のガラスハッチ(5) と干渉しないようにす
る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は自動車等の車輌に適用されるバックドアに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図５に示すように例えばワンボック型の自動車の車体(1) の背面には開口部(2 ) が設けられ、該開口部(2) には上縁を枢着することによってバックドア(3) を 取付け、該バックドア(3) の開口部(4) にはヒンジ(6) を介して上縁を枢着する ことによってガラスハッチ(5) が取付けられた構造が提供されている。
【０００３】 従来は図６に示すようにバックドア(3) 側縁内側と車体(1) 側の開口部(2) 側 縁との間にドアガスステー(7) が差渡され、該バックドア(3) の開口部(4) 側縁 の内側とガラスハッチ(5) 側縁内側とにハッチガスステー(8) が差渡されて、バ ックドア(3) およびガラスハッチ(5) が軽く開けるようにしかつ開いた状態に保 持されるようになっている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来構成では、ハッチガスステー(8) がガラスハッチ(5) の 内側にあり、室内側に出張っているために荷室(9) がスペースを減少させており かつ見栄えも損なわれている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、車体(1) 背面の開口部 (2) にバックドア(3) の上縁を枢着し、該バックドア(3) の開口部(4) にガラス ハッチ(5) 上縁を枢着し、該車体(1) 側の開口部(2) 側縁と該バックドア(3) 側 縁内側とにドアガスステー(7) を差渡し、該バックドア(3) 側の開口部(4) 側縁 の外側と該ガラスハッチ(5) 側縁内側とにハッチガスステー(18)を差渡し、該バ ックドア(3) 側の開口部(4) 側縁外側に該ハッチガスステー(18)の収納凹部(3A) を形成したバックドアを提供するものである。

【作用】
バックドア(3) は該バックドア(3) と車体(1) に差渡されているドアガスステ ー(7) によって軽く開くことが出来かつ開いた状態に保持されるようになってお り、ガラスハッチ(5) は該ガラスハッチ(5) とバックドア(3) との間に差渡され ているハッチガスステー(18)によって軽く開くことが出来かつ開いた状態に保持 されるようになっているが、該ハッチガスステー(18)はバックドア(3) の外側に 取付けられているから室内側に出張っていない。そしてガラスハッチ(5) を閉じ た状態では該ハッチガスステー(18)はバックドア(3) 側の収納凹部(3A)に収納さ れるからガラスハッチ(5) に干渉することはない。

【実施例】
本考案を図１〜図４に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、ワンボックス型の自 動車の車体(1) の背面には開口部(2) が設けられ、該開口部(2) には上縁を枢着 することによってバックドア(3) を取付け、該バックドア(3) の開口部(4) には ヒンジ(6) を介して上縁を枢着することによってガラスハッチ(5) が取付けられ ている。該ガラスハッチ(5) の巾はバックドア(3) の巾と略等しくされている。
【０００８】 該車体(1) 側の開口部(2) の側縁と該バックドア(3) の側縁内側とにはドアガ スステー(7) が差渡され、該バックドア(3) 側の開口部(4) の側縁の外側と該ガ ラスハッチ(5) の側縁内側とにはハッチガスステー(18)が差渡されている。そし て該バックドア(3) 側の開口部(4) の側縁の外側には該ハッチガスステー(18)の 収納凹部(3A)が形成されており、図４に示すように該収納凹部(3A)には換気のた めのスリット(3B)が設定されている。
【０００９】 なお、バックドア(3) と車体(1) との間にはシール(10)が介在し、バックドア (3) とガラスハッチ(5) との間にはシール(11)が介在する。
【００１０】 上記構成ではバックドア(3) はガスステー(7) によって軽く開くことが出来、 かつ図１に示す開いた状態に保持され、ガラスハッチ(5) はガスステー(18)によ って軽く開くことが出来かつ図２に示す開いた状態に保持される。 そしてガラスハッチ(5) が閉じた状態では図３に示すようにガスステー(18)は バックドア(3) 外側の収納凹部(3A)に収納され、ガラスハッチ(5) と干渉しない ようになっている。
【００１１】 上記のようにガスステー(18)はバックドア(3) の外側に取付けられているから 従来のように室内側に出張らないから荷室(9) のスペースを減少させない。また 図３矢印に示すように車体(1) 内外の換気はバックドア(3) の収納凹部(3A)のス リット(3B)を介して行なわれる。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案においては、バックドアのガラスハッチのハッチガスステー がバックドアの外側に取付けられているから、室内のスペースが該ガスステーに よって減少させられることなく、また該ガスステーにより見栄えが損なわれるよ うなこともない。

    着し、該バックドアの開口部にガラスハッチ上縁を枢着
    し、該車体側の開口部側縁と該バックドア側縁内側とに
    ドアガスステーを差渡し、該バックドア側の開口部側縁
    の外側と該ガラスハッチ側縁内側とにハッチガスステー
    を差渡し、該バックドア側の開口部側縁外側に該ハッチ
    ガスステーの収納凹部を形成したことを特徴とするバッ
