(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】継ぎ手の曲げ抵抗を少くし、軸交差角を大きく
とれるようにする。 【構成】補正継ぎ手と、弾性継ぎ手の働きをさすための
伝導板のＸ軸となる中央部分を残して切り欠き溝を設け
て切り離し、その内側にＹ軸となる中央部を残して切り
欠き溝を設ける。

【産業上の利用分野】伝動用のたわみ軸継手

【従来の技術】弾制板を利用した継手は軸屈曲力（継手
の曲げ抵抗）か大で、又軸交差角も大きく取れない短所
があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の継手の短所を無
くする。
【０００４】
【課題を解決する手段】中間伝動板３をＸ軸、Ｙ軸斗な
る部分４と５を残して切り離して変形を容易にする。

【作用】切らずにつながっているＸ軸、Ｙ軸に当る中央
部４、５がフックス継手の支点軸の作用をする（伝動と
継ぎ手の組立て力を生ずる）から補正継ぎ手と、弾性継
ぎ手の兼用作用をする。

【実施例】伝動子１、と２を伝動板３のＸ軸相当部４と
Ｙ軸相当部５に装着して軸継手として完成する。

【発明の効果】部品数が少なく制作容易である。継手の
軸方向の長さ（幅）が小さく小型になる。防振、緩衝性
がある。切り欠き溝の回数を増す（重ねる）ことで交差
角の増大と角速度変動の減少画得られる。切り欠き溝に
案内板を挟持さすとこの接触部分でも伝導を行うことが
できる。本継手は玩具や小型機器に最適である。
