本考案はプリント基板用の貫通型回路部品取付

従来この種の取付構造は、第3図と第4図に示
すように取付座金1の中心に回路部品4の取付穴
3を有するのみの平板形状であるため、プリント
基板6の両面側パターンに対して、貫通型回路部
品の取付位置決めが出来ない構造となつていた。

上述した従来の取付座金1は、平板形状となつ
ているため、貫通型回路部品の取付位置は、回路
部品4のリード線5をハンダ付け9により接合す
る時に、上下位置を固定出来ないため陥沈し、プ
リント基板6の両面側パターンに対する上下位置
ずれを生じる。また回路部品取付穴7に対して左
右位置ずれを固定出来ないため浮動し、プリント
基板6のランドパターン8にハンダ付け10によ
り接合する時に、左右位置ずれを生じ、回路部品
4の取付位置不良、リード線5のハンダ付け接合
不良による回路部品4の性能低下を招くという欠
点がある。

板6のランドパターン8にハンダ付け10により

合不良による回路部品の性能低下を防止できる効
果がある。
