Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源と、光源より射出された光ビームを偏向す
    る偏向器と、該偏向器により偏向走査された光ビ
    ームを焦点に収斂させるレンズ群と、光ビームを
    折曲させるミラー群から成る光学系と、該光学系
    を収納し気密封止するケースから成る光学走査装
    置において、前記ケースは前記光学系を支持する
    筺体と、該筺体の少なくとも開口端を覆うカバー
    から成り、前記筺体と前記カバーは軟質シール材
    を介して固着されていることを特徴とする光学走
    査装置。
