Claims (1)
- 光源から出射された光ビームを光偏向器の回転
多面鏡または振動鏡などにより偏向させ、光学系
により集光させて像面上に収束したビームスポツ
トを走査する方式の光走査装置において、前記ビ
ームスポツトがあたる像面付近を除いた光路の大
部分を真空ユニツトに収めたことを特徴とする光
走査装置。
