Claims (1)
- 光ビームを発生する光源と、回転多面鏡を有し
て前記の光ビームを偏向する偏向手段と、前記の
光源と前記の偏向手段の間に配され前記の光ビー
ムに作用する第１の光学手段と、前記の偏向手段
と被走査面の間に配される第２の光学手段を有す
る光走査装置において、前記の第１の光学手段と
前記の偏向手段と、前記の第２の光学手段とを連
結して覆うカバー手段を設け、前記の回転多面鏡
を外界より実質的に密閉したことを特徴とする光
走査装置。
