Description
第１図は本考案によるシリンダとピストンリン
グの組合せの一実施例を示す部分断面図、第２図
はトツプリングとオイルリングの摩耗量及び相手
シリンダライナの上死点位置の摩耗量を測定した
結果を示す図表、第３図は潤滑油消費量を測定し
た結果を示す図表である。 図中、１１はシリンダライナ、１２はピストン
、１３は溝、１４はトツプリング、１５はセカン
ドリング、１６はオイルリング、１８はサイドレ
ール、１９は硬質粒子が埋設された層、２０は窒
化処理層、２１はＳｉｘＮｙからなる硬質被膜層
である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 摺動内周面に硬質粒子が分散して埋設され
たシリンダと、摺動外周面に窒化処理層が形成さ
れ、更にその上にプラズマＣＶＤ処理による窒化
珪素ＳｉｘＮｙからなる硬質被膜層が形成された
ピストンリングとから構成されることを特徴とす
るシリンダとピストンリングの組合せ。 (2) 前記硬質粒子が、ＳｉＣ，Ａｌ２Ｏ３，Ｃ
ｒ２Ｏ３，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，ＢＮから選ばれた少なく
とも１種である請求項１記載のシリンダとピスト
ンリングの組合せ。 (3) 前記硬質粒子の平均粒径が５〜２０μｍで
ある請求項１又は２記載のシリンダとピストンリ
ングの組合せ。 (4) 前記窒化珪素ＳｉｘＮｙ被膜の厚さが１〜
３０μｍであり、硬さがＨｖ１５００〜２５００
である請求項１〜３のいずれか１つに記載のシリ
ンダとピストンリングの組合せ。
