Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 本体の蓋により開閉し、この本体内の底部に
本体ヒータを備えると共に、蓋の内面に蓋ヒータ
を備える炊飯器であつて、 米を水に浸した調理物の温度を所定の予熱温度
に加熱する予熱工程を行うものにおいて、 当該予熱工程時に、上記本体ヒータ及び蓋ヒー
タに通電を行うことによつて、調理物を底面側か
らと上面側からと加熱する制御手段を備えた炊飯
器。 ２ 上記請求項１に記載の炊飯器において、 むらし工程時に、保温ヒータに通電したことを
特徴とする炊飯器。 ３ 上記請求項１又は請求項２に記載の炊飯器に
おいて、 調理物を収容する内鍋をステンレスにより形成
したことを特徴とする炊飯器。
