Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上下エンドプレートの間に目の荒い濾過部材か
    らなるフルフローエレメントと、目の細かい濾過
    部材からなるバイパスエレメントを挟んで一体化
    し、各エレメントの内周側をそれぞれフルフロー
    側とバイパス側のオイル通路に流通すべくパイプ
    により画成し、パイプの内側を前記フルフローエ
    レメントに流通させ、外側をバイパスエレメント
    に対向させた固体分離ユニツト： 前記フルフローエレメントの内周空間と連通す
    る円筒カツプ状のケース内に多孔の漏斗を設け、
    この漏斗の内側に旋回流室を形成し、前記旋回流
    室の中心部分に集められた気泡の多いオイルを導
    出する細管をバイパス側に連通させて配管し、前
    記旋回流室の外周に集められた気泡の少ないオイ
    ルを前記ケースの開口からメインオイルギヤラリ
    側に導出する構成とした気体分離ユニツト： を容器内に内蔵したバイパス機能付きオイルフイ
    ルタにおいて： 前記細管の先端を前記パイプの内側に突出する
    とともに、前記パイプには前記細管に一端を嵌合
    し、他端をパイプの外周側に連通するＬ形管を配
    管したことを特徴とするバイパス機能付きオイル
    フイルタ。
