Claims (5)

  1. 일단이 개방된 하우징과; 상기 하우징내에 설치되어 상기 하우징내로 유입되는 오일로 부터 고체 불순물을제거하며, 서로 나란히 배열된 원통형 기초여과 요소 및 원통형 보조여과 요소로 구성되며, 상기 보조여과 요소는 상기 기초여과 요소 보다 세밀하게 되어 있는 제1분리기 유니트와; 상기 기초여과 요소를 통과한 옹일로 부터 기체 불순물을 제거하며, 상기 기초여과 요소의 내측 주변부에 의해 형성되는 공간에 설치되어 있고, 원통형 케이싱고, 유입되는 오일의 소용돌이 흐름을 일으켜 챔버의 축 중심부에 모이는 기포가 많은 오일이 분리되도록 해주는 상기 챔버를 형성하게 상기 케이싱내에 설치되어 있으며 복수개의 구멍 들이 관통하고 있는 싸이크론과, 상기챔버의 축을 따라 연장되며 복수의 오리피스들이 형성되어 있으며 상기 싸이클론으로 부터 돌출된 부분을 가지는 제거관으로 구성되는 제2분리기 유니트와; 상기보조여과 요소와 관 사이에 원형 공간을 형성하도록 보조여과 요소내에서 연장되어 있으며, 상기 구멍들을 통하여 상기 챔버와 소통되어 기체 불순물을 거의 함유하지 않은 오일을 상기 하우징의 외부로 인도하는 관과; 상기 관내에 설치되어 있으며, 연직구간과 수평구간으로 구성되고, 상기연직구간에는 상기 제거관의 상기 부분의 단부가 접속되어 있고, 상기 수평구간은 상기 관의 벽을 관통하여 상기 원통공간 내에서 개방되어 기포가 많은 오일을 방출하도록 되어 있는 덕트로 구성되는 오일 여과기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분리기 유니트는 상기 기초여과 요소에 부착된 한쌍의 제1단부판들과 상기 보조여과 요소에 부착된 한쌍의 제2단부판들을,포함하며, 상기 제1단부판들중의 하나가 상기 제2단부판들중의 하나위에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 여과기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2단부판들중의 상기 하나의 단부판은 중앙개구를 가지며, 상기 제1단부판들중의 상기 하나의 단부판은 상기 중앙개구를 통하여 상기 보조여과요소내의 공간으로 돌출된 플랜지를 가지며, 상기 관의 일단이 상기 플랜지에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 여과기
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덕트는 상기 제거관과 상기 덕트 사이를 수밀 밀봉되게 하기 위하여 상기 연직구간에 설치된 0형 링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 여과기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덕트를 지지하기 위하여 상기 관내에 설치된 브래킷을 포함하며, 상기 브래킷은 오일이 관통하여 흐를수 있게 되어 있는 것을특징으로 하는 오일 여과기.
