Claims (5)
- 통과하는 압축공기에 함유되어 있는 증기나 액체입자를 작은방울로 유착시키는데 적용되는 제 1 패드를 구비하고 있는 제 1 필터부재, 와 이 작은 방울을 응기 시키고 이에 따라 압축공기로 부터 작은 방울을 분리시키는 응기부재, 와 상기 제 1 필터 부재를 통과한 압축공기가 통과하게 되며 제 1 필터 부재를 통과한 압축공기에 남아있는 잔류 액체입자를 가화시키는데 적용되는 제 2 패드를 구비하고 있는 제 2 필터 부재를 포함하고 있는 필터장치에 있어서, 반지름 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 설치되어 있으며 서로 동심을 이루어 그 사이에 고리모양 공간을 형성하는 내관 및 외관을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 내관의 한쪽 끝과 상기 고리모양 공간은 상기 제 1 패드로 채워져서 상기 제 1 필터 부재를 제공하며, 상기 내관의 다른 한쪽 끝과 상기 고리모양 공간은 상기 제 2패드로 채워져서 상기 제 2 필터 부재를 제고하는 2중벽관 필터장치, 와 수밀연결을 위하여 상기 2중벽관 필터장치의 상부 열린 끝과 밀봉 맞물림하여 배치되어 있으며, 상기 내관의 한쪽의 상부 열린 끝과 상기 고리모양 공간에 연결되어 있어 유입되는 압축공기를 받아들이는 입구구멍과 상기 내관의 다른 한쪽의 상부 열린 끝과 상기 고리모양 공간에 연결되어 있어 여과된 압축공기를 배출하는데 적용되는 출구 구멍을 구비하고 있는 상부캡, 및 수밀연결을 위하여 상기2중벽관 필터장치의 하부 열린 끝과 밀봉 맞물림하여 배치되어 있으며, 상기 내관의 하부 열린 끝과 상기 고리모양 공간에 연결되어 있으며 상기 제 1 필터 부재를 통과한 후에 유입되는 압축공기의 속도를 감속시키기에 충분한 용적을 가진 밀페공간을 구비하고 있으며, 압축공기가 상기 제 1 필터 부재를 통과하는 도중에 형성된 작은 방울들을 응기시키기 위한 상기 응기 부재처럼 상기 밀페공간 내부에 설비되는 다공질 구조체를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 다공질 구조체에 의해 응기된 작은 방울들이 모여서 많아진 량을 필터장치로 부터 배출시키기 위한 배출부재를 더 포함하고 있는 하부캡으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기용 필터장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 구조체는 상기 하부캡안의 상기 밀페공간의 하부에 설비되는 벌집모양의 구조체로 구성되므로 상기 벌집모양의 구조체를 관통하여 형성된 통로들은 수직으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기용 필터장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배출부재는 상기 밀페공간의 밑바닥에 형성되어 있는 상기 하부캡의 밑벽의 중앙부분에 설치되므로 상기 배출부재는 상기 내관의 하부 열린 끝 바로 아래에 위치되며, 상기 밑벽은 밑벽의 중앙 부분을 향하여 아랫쪽으로 기울어진 내부 오목표면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기용 필터장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내관은 상기 제 1 패드로 채워지며 상기 내·외관 사이의 상기 고리모양 공간은 상기 제 2 패드로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기용 필터장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부캡은 상기 내관과 상기 고리모양 공간의 상기 하부 열린끝들과 밀봉 맞물림하여 있는 윗벽을 가진 일반적인 상자모양의 상반부, 와 상기 상반부의 열린끝과 밀봉되도록 맞닿아져 있으며 상기 배출부재를 지지하는 밑벽을 구비하고 있는 일반적인 상자모양으로 상기 다공질 구조체가 설비되어 있는 하반부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력공기용 필터장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
