  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固体異物を分離するフイルタエレメントの内周
    部に配置された円筒カツプ状のケースと、該ケー
    ス内に設けられて導入されたオイルに旋回流を生
    じさせ、かつオイル流通孔を多孔状に開口した漏
    斗管と、該漏斗管の中心部分に突設され、かつ気
    泡を多く含んだオイルを集める導出管とを備えた
    気泡分離ユニツト付きオイルフイルタにおいて： 前記漏斗管に開口されるオイル流通孔が、上下
    方向または円周方向に向けて長孔状に形成されて
    いることを特徴とする気泡分離ユニツト付きオイ
    ルフイルタ。
