Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被試験体であるレーザビームスキヤナモータ
    の回転軸に設けられたポリゴンミラーにレーザビ
    ームを照射するレーザ発振器と、 該レーザ発振器から出力されるレーザビームを
    受光することにより電気的信号を発生するジツタ
    ー計測用センサと、 複数のフアイバ素線でなり、前記レーザ発振器
    から出力されポリゴンミラー表面で反射したレー
    ザビームの走査線上に一端が互いに離間して配置
    され、他端はそれぞれフアイバ素線が一本に束ね
    られて前記ジツター計測用センサ前面に位置して
    設けられる２本の光フアイバと、 前記レーザ発振器から出力されポリゴンミラー
    表面で反射したレーザビームの走査線上であり、
    前記２本の光フアイバ先端と離間した位置に設け
    られる回転検出用センサと、 該回転検出用センサの出力及び前記ジツター計
    測用センサの出力が入力されジツター値を分析演
    算するジツターアナライザと、 よりなり、前記回転検出用センサの出力するパル
    ス信号間におけるジツター計測用センサの出力パ
    ルス信号の時間差を用いてジツター値を算出する
    レーザビームスキヤナモータのジツター計測装置
    。 ２ ２本の光フアイバのジツター計測用センサ側
    端部において、それぞれのフアイバ素線が交互に
    配列されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
