Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、食品容器、即ち、容器が、ほぼ長方
形の底部とほぼ長方形の開口まで拡大的に傾斜す
る側壁とを有しており、容器上部に当該容器の開
口を包囲する長方形輪郭の水平突出縁とこの縁の
上方に側壁の延長として延びる鉛直突出端とが設
けられており、当該容器が蓋を備えており、前記
蓋が水平突出縁と鉛直突出端とを有しており、蓋
の鉛直突出端は蓋の突出縁の下方に配置されて容
器の鉛直突出端の周囲に嵌合するように構成され
ており、容器の鉛直突出端と蓋の鉛直突出端とが
実質的に等しい高さを有するように構成された食
品容器に係る。
この種の容器はフランス特許第80−21565号に
記載されている。
この種の容器は、容器充填後に外部から液体が
入らないように密閉性が良い。
更に、つまみを持たないにも拘わらず蓋が容器
から取外し易い。つまみがあると蓋を清潔にする
のが難しいことは明らかであろう。
容器内の食品の保存を良くするには、食品の種
類に応じて通気を極度に少なくしたり十分に多く
したりする必要がある。
即ち生野菜又は調理野菜では通気が少ないのが
好ましく生肉では十分な通気が必要である。
本発明の容器は、１つの蓋で２種類の通気を可
能にするために、容器の少なくとも２つの側面で
容器の鉛直突出端がノツチを備えていること、及
び、蓋の鉛直突出端が蓋の１つの位置で前記ノツ
チと向い合い蓋の別の位置で前記ノツチと向い合
わない切込み部を備えており前記切込み部は外側
にずらして設けられており前記切込み部の下端面
はノツチの底面より低く容器の水平突出縁より高
い位置に存在することを特徴とする。
従つて切込み部がノツチと向い合うときは切込
み部の下端面と容器の突出縁との間からノツチ内
に空気の流通が生じる。逆に切込み部がノツチと
向い合つていないときは蓋の鉛直突出端と容器の
突出縁との間からの漏れにより軽度の空気の流通
が生じる。
本発明の改良によれば、蓋の下面が鉛直突出端
に平行な鉛直リブを備えており、前記リブは凝縮
水を保持して蓋が通気少の位置のときには容器の
突出縁と蓋との間が凝縮水によつて封鎖されるこ
とを阻止し蓋が通気多の位置のときには保存食品
の早すぎる脱水を阻止する。
本発明の別の改良によれば、蓋の上面は、蓋を
一周し１箇所で中断された隆起を有しており、前
記隆起は容器の底面より大きく且つ蓋の下面の突
出端とリブとの中間の大きさの長方形に沿つて配
置されており、従つて蓋と蓋及び容器と蓋とを互
いに重ね合せることが可能である。
従つて、一方では、種々の容器の積重ねが可能
であり、他方では、容器と蓋との積重ね及び蓋と
蓋との積重ねが可能である。
本発明を添付図面に基づいてより詳細に説明す
る。
容器１は蓋２を備える（第１図参照）。
容器１は長方形の平坦底面３と底面から拡大す
る側壁４とを有しており長方形底面の角に丸みが
つけられている（第４図及び第５図参照）。
側壁４の上部は水平突出縁５で包囲されてい
る。側壁４の延長上に鉛直突出端６が設けられて
おり、該鉛直突出端は丸みのついた角をもつ長方
形の開口７を形成している。
鉛直突出端６は開口７の各側面にノツチ１２を
備えており該ノツチの底面１３は水平である。短
い側面のノツチ１２は容器１の長手方向軸に対し
て同じ側に設けられており長い側面のノツチ１２
は容器１の横断軸に対して同じ側に設けられてい
る。
蓋２（第６図及び第７図）は蓋２を容器１に載
せたときに突出縁５の真上に重なる突出縁８を備
える。
蓋２の下面１４はほぼ平坦であり鉛直突出端９
を備える。鉛直突出端９は鉛直突出端６と実質的
に等しい高さを有しており、蓋を容器に載せたと
きに鉛直突出端６の周囲に嵌合する第１図及第９
図）。
更に、下面１４は鉛直突出端９に平行で該鉛直
突出端９から内側方向に離間したリブ１５を有し
ており、該リブは下面１４に形成される凝縮水を
保持する。該リブの長さは鉛直突出端より短い。
蓋２の上部に隆起１０が設けられており隆起１
０は容器１の底面３及びリブ１５の夫々より大き
く蓋２の下面の鉛直突出端９より小さい長方形に
沿つて蓋を一周している。
蓋２の水切りを容易にするために隆起１０は
（図示しない）箇所１１で角度をつけて中断され
ている。
従つて、容器１の底面が隆起の内部に維持され
るので該底面を蓋に載置し得る。また、下側の蓋
の隆起１０を上側の蓋の鉛直突出端９とリブ１５
との間に嵌合して２つの蓋を互いに重ね合せるこ
とが可能である。
鉛直突出端９は４つの切込み部１６を備える。
切込み部１６は外側にずらして設けられており、
蓋２の１つの位置ではノツチ１２と向い合つてい
る（第１，２，３及び８図参照）。
切込み部１６の下端面１７は協働するノツチ１
２の底面１３より低く容器１の突出縁５より高い
位置に存在する。
従つて、蓋のこの位置で空気は切込み部１６の
下端面１７と突出縁５との間を通過しノツチ１２
に入る（第３図参照）。
これに反して切込み部１６以外の部分では蓋２
の下端面１４と突出端６及び突出縁５と突出端９
とが空気を少ししか逃がさない（第２図参照）。
４つの切込み部１６が４つのノツチ１２に向い
合つて存在すると多量の空気の流通が生じる。切
込み部１６の下端面１７がノツチ１２の底面より
低いので外部から液体が入らないようになつてい
る。
蓋２を第２の位置に移すには（第９，１０，１
１及び１２図参照）、蓋２を180゜回転させるだけ
でよい（第１３図参照）。
２つの位置を判別するために容器マーク１８、
蓋２にマーク１９を付ける（第８，１２及び１３
図参照）。
第２位置でマークは互いに対向している（第１
２図参照）。
ノツチ１２は鉛直突出端９と向い合つており
（第１２図参照）、切込み部１６は鉛直突出端６と
向い合つている。従つてこの位置では通気が少な
い。
鉛直突出端６に４つの肥厚部分２０を設けても
よい。肥厚部分２０は鉛直突出端９の肥厚部分２
１と協働して蓋２を容器１に締付ける。
記載の容器は長方形であるが容器が正方形でも
よい。正方形容器の場合には第２位置（通気少）
にするために第１位置（通気多）から90゜回転さ
せるとよい。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 容器がほぼ長方形の底部とほぼ長方形の開口
    まで拡大的に傾斜する側壁とを有しており、容器
    上部に当該容器の開口を包囲する長方形輪郭の水
    平突出縁と該突出縁の上方に側壁の延長として延
    びる鉛直突出端とが設けられており、当該容器が
    蓋を備えており、前記蓋が水平突出縁と鉛直突出
    端とを有しており、蓋の鉛直突出端は蓋の突出縁
    の下方に配置されて容器の鉛直突出端の周囲に嵌
    合するように構成されており、容器の鉛直突出端
    と蓋の鉛直突出端とが実質的に等しい高さを有す
    るように構成された容器であつて、容器の少なく
    とも２つの側面で容器の鉛直突出端がノツチを備
    えていること、及び、蓋の鉛直突出端が、蓋の１
    つの位置で前記ノツチと向い合い蓋の別の位置で
    前記ノツチと向い合わない切込み部を備えてお
    り、前記切込み部は外側にずらして設けられてお
    り、前記切込み部の下端面はノツチの底面より低
    く容器の水平突出縁より高い位置に存在すること
    を特徴とする食品容器。 ２ 蓋の下面が、蓋の鉛直突出端の内部に該鉛直
    突出端に平行なリブを備えていることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の食品容器。 ３ 蓋の上面は、蓋を一周し１箇所で中断された
    隆起を有しており、前記隆起は容器の底面より大
    きく且つ蓋の下面の鉛直突出端とリブとの中間の
    大きさの長方形に沿つて配置されており、従つて
    蓋と蓋及び容器と蓋とを互いに重ね合せることが
    可能であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第２
    項に記載の食品容器。
