  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高温冷媒ガスを生成する圧縮器と、温水を生成
    する給湯用熱交換器と、冷媒回路切換部材と、暖
    房時には凝縮器に、冷房時には蒸発器となる冷暖
    房用熱交換器と、冷房時には凝縮器に、暖房、給
    湯時には蒸発器となる熱源用熱交換器と、冷暖房
    用熱交換器との間で媒体循環を行わせ室内を冷暖
    房する室内用熱交換器と、から構成されている給
    湯用熱交換器付冷暖房給湯装置において、 給湯用熱交換器の出口側の冷媒回路を冷暖房用
    熱交換器と熱源用熱交換器とをつなぐ冷媒回路に
    接続し、給湯用熱交換器から送り出された冷媒を
    直接熱源用熱交換器に流すようにしたことを特徴
    とする冷暖房給湯装置。
