Claims (1)
- 圧縮機及び室外熱交換器を備える室外ユニツト
と、室内熱交換器及び膨張手段を備え、前記室外
ユニツトに連結された室内ユニツトとを有するヒ
ートポンプ装置と、該ヒートポンプ装置を流れる
冷媒を加熱するための補助加熱装置と、燃焼式給
湯装置とを備え、前記室外ユニツト、補助加熱装
置、及び燃焼式給湯装置が同一の筐体内に収納さ
れ、前記補助加熱装置による冷媒の加熱は外気温
と、設定室温と測定室温との温度差とに基づいて
制御されるようにしたことを特徴とする冷暖房給
湯装置。
