It is designated as waste.

It is something.

It can be seen that the ratio of components is about 6:4.

In order to generate the same high calorific value and use it, the molasses must be heated to 400°C or more.
It has been found that the ignition temperature must be increased to 470°C.

いる。 The reason why the ignition temperature of waste molasses is raised to 400°C to 470°C is that water molecules tightly surround and bond to the solid molecules, and the bonds between the solid molecules are broken down into fine particles while the water molecules are isolated. This is because they are mixed, making it extremely difficult to separate the solid content and water.

のである。 By using the method described above, it is possible to indirectly and rationally combust the combustible materials in the organic matter in the concentrated waste molasses without immediately raising the ignition temperature to a high ignition temperature of 400°C to 470°C. The high amount of heat generated at this time can be used effectively in industry.
