Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザ・レーダヘツドからの信号に基づいて自
    車と前方車両との間の車間距離を算出し、車速セ
    ンサにより検出された自車速に基づいて危険車間
    距離を算出し、前記車間距離が危険車間距離未満
    になつたとき警報を発生する追突警報装置を備え
    た車両において、複数の車輪の速度を検出する複
    数の車輪速センサと、該複数の車輪速センサから
    の信号に基づいて車輪がスリツプ状態にあること
    を検出するスリツプ検出手段と、前記追突警報装
    置による警報発生時に、少なくとも前記スリツプ
    検出手段がスリツプを検出していないことを条件
    にブレーキ装置を駆動制御する制御手段とを備え
    て構成したことを特徴とする追突警報装置付車両
    のオートブレーキ装置。
