Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.絶縁性の担体層(4)を有する共鳴ラベルであって、担体層(4)における 一方の面(3)に少なくとも1つの誘導コイル(5)と少なくとも1枚のコンデ ンサプレート(6d)とを設けると同時に他方の面(2)には第2のコンデンサ プレート(6a)を形成する導体を設けるようにして1つの振動回路が規定され ている形式の共鳴ラベルおいて、担体層(4)における両面(2;3)の少なく とも一方には、これらの層(2;3)に形成される導体(5;6)の2つの範囲 が、まさにこの一方の担体層面(2;3)の目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)を規定し ている個々の誘導コイル巻線間隔に比して著しく小さな相互間隔をおいて近接す るように配置されていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 2.請求項1記載の共ータラベルにおいて、高々1つの目標−絶縁破壊部位(8 )が、有利にはコンデンサプレート(6a、6b)の範囲に設けられていること を特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 3.請求項1又は2に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)が 導電性の材料によって被覆されており、この材料が高々1つの導電範囲に対して のみ薄い絶縁層で仕切られていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 4.請求項1又は2に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、少なくとも目標一絶縁破壊部 位(8)が−且つ有利にはこれに隣接する導体範囲も−誘電体(9)で覆われて いることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 5.請求項4記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、誘電体(9)が共鳴ラベル(1)の設 計時に規定された破壊電圧により自動的に破壊されて永久的な低オ−ム抵抗状態 に遷移するような材料から構成されていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 6.請求項1〜5のいづれか1項に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、互いに隣接する 各導体範囲が、目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)では高々5μ、有利には0.1〜0. 5μの相対距離(a)をおいた離反位置を占めていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベ ル。
- 7.請求項1〜6のいづれか1項に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、単数または複数 の目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)が導電性の材料から成る層(15)によって被覆さ れており、この材料が最大1000オーム、特に有利には最大100オームの抵 抗値を有し、薄い絶縁層としての有利には厚さ0.5〜5.0μの絶縁層(14 )により導電性の範囲に対して仕切られていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 8.請求項5記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、導電性の層(15)がアルミニウム粒 子または他の金属粒子の添加されたエポキシ樹脂もしくは抵抗ペーストとして構 成されていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 9.請求項5又は6に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、絶縁層(14)が絶縁ラッカ ー乃至は絶縁性のインキから構成されていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 10.請求項5〜7のいづれか1項に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、絶縁層(14 )が目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)に隣接する導体(5;6)の酸化された自由面に よって形成されていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
- 11.請求項5〜8のいづれか1項に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、互いに隣接す る各導体範囲が、目標−絶縁破壊部位(8′′)では高々3mm、有利には0. 1〜0.5mmの相対距離(a′′)をおいた離反位置を占めていることを特徴 とする共鳴ラベル。
- 12.請求項1〜11のいづれか1項に記載の共鳴ラベルにおいて、この共鳴ラ ベルが目標−絶縁破壊部位(8)を有する面(2;3)でフォイル、有利には紙 フォイルによって覆われていることを特徴とする共鳴ラベル。
