Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カム軸の弁制御カムから軸方向摺動可能な弁軸部を介して作動させられる内 燃機関の機関バルブの閉鎖時間および開放時間を制御するための弁制御装置であ って、前記弁制御カムと前記弁軸部との間に配置された、液体充てんされた行程 伝達室が設けられていて、該行程伝達室が、前記弁制御カムと弁突き棒との間で 有効となるその軸方向延びを変える目的で、液体を排出しかつ供給するための電 磁制御弁によつて制御可能な通路を有しており、該通路の他方の端部が液体リザ ーバに開口していて、該液体リザーバが前記電磁制御弁に組み込まれており、リ ザーバピストンとして形成された弁部材が、通流開口を開放する位置を越えて開 放方向に後退させられることによつて前記液体リザーバが構成されるようになつ ている形式のものにおいて、前記電磁制御弁(31)が無電流て閉鎖されており 、リザーバピストン(41)として構成された弁部材が、閉鎖ばねとして働くリ ザーバばね(45)によつて負荷されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用い られる電磁弁を備えた弁制御装置。 2.リザーバピストン(41)がポット状に構成されていて、リザーバ室(45 )に向いたポット底部を有しており、該ポット底部の縁部(54)が、弁入口室 (42)と前記リザーバ室(43)との間に位置する弁座(55)と協働するよ うになつており、前記ポット底部が半径方向で制御弁ケーシング(40)の内壁 に案内されており、ケーシング固定の中心のピン(47)が磁石ヨークとして前 記リザーバピストン(41)のボツト開口に侵入するようになつている、請求項 1記載の制御装置。 3.前記ピン(47)と前記制御弁ケーシング(40)の内壁との間に形成され た磁石室(44)の環状室に電磁コイル(52)が配置されている、請求項2記 載の弁制御装置。 4.前記ピン(47)に、前記磁石室(44)を放圧するための中心の孔(50 )が設けられている、請求項2または3記載の弁制御装置。 5.前記磁石室(44)と前記リザーバ室(43)とを隔離する前記リザーバピ ストン(41)の底部に絞り開口(46)が設けら打ている、請求項1から4ま でのいずれか1項記載の弁制御装置。 6.前記リザーバ室(43)が絞り孔(56)と、同リザーバ室(43)に向か って開く逆止弁(38)とを介してクランクケーシングと接続されている、請求 項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁制御装置。 7.前記ピン(47)が前記リザーバピストン(41)の行程ストッパとして働 くようになつており、前記リザーバばね(45)が、前記ピン(47)に設けら れた盲孔(49)に部分的に侵入している、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項 記載の弁制御装置。 8.前記弁座(55)からの前記リザーバピストン(41)の持上げ後に、前記 電磁コイル(52)に対する給電が遮断可能である、請求項1から7までのいず れか1項記載の弁制御装置。
