- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸に取付けられる第一シールリングと、ハ
ウジングに取付けられる第二シールリングとを設
け、両シールリングの密封端面同士を摺動自在に
接触させてなるガスシールにおいて、 前記両シールリングの一方または両方の密封端
面に、当該密封端面間に動圧を発生させるための
半径方向溝及び回転軸の回転方向に傾斜したスパ
イラル溝を設けたことを特徴とするガスシール。
