    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　いずれか一方の回転軸と共に回転し互いに回
    転軸に垂直で平滑な摺動面をもち、その２つの摺動面の
    接触圧力によって密封流体の漏出を防止するメカニカル
    シールにおいて、該メカニカルシールを構成するヒート
    リングとクッションリングを接着剤を介して焼付接着に
    より一体成型したカウンターターフエースを有すること
    を特徴とするメカニカルシール。
  2. （２）クッションリング内周面で回転軸に対して垂直方
    向に環状突起山部を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のメカニカルシール。
