第１図から第４図までは本考案を具体化した実
施例を示すもので、第１図はローラ対を接触させ
た状態での側断面図、第２図はローラ対を解離さ
せた状態での側断面図、第３図はカバーが開いた
状態の側断面図、第４図はカバーを閉じた状態の
側断面図、第５図は従来の定着部を示す側断面図
である。 図中、１は加熱ローラ、２は加圧ローラ、２ａ
は加圧ローラ軸、３は加圧ローラ支持部材、３ａ
は支持部材固定穴、３ｂは操作面、３ｃは溝部、
４は操作レバー、４ａはＤ型穴、４ｂはレバー操
作部、５はＤ型軸、６は圧縮バネ、１２ａはカム
面、１２ｂは突出部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 記録紙上に転写されたトナーを記録紙へ定着
    する加熱ローラと、該加熱ローラと接触して協同
    回転する加圧ローラとを有する定着部を搭載して
    おり、該定着部内で紙詰まり等の異常が発生した
    場合には画像形成装置の筺体を開いて異常の除去
    を行う画像形成装置において、 前記加圧ローラと加熱ローラとが接触している
    状態と離間している状態との間で前記加圧ローラ
    を移動させると共に、それぞれの状態で両ローラ
    を保持し、且つ自らも保持される操作レバーを備
    えたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 ２ 前記筺体の内部には滑り用部材が設けられて
    おり、開いた筺体を閉じるときに前記加圧ローラ
    と加熱ローラとが離間している場合には、前記滑
    り用部材が操作レバーを操作し、前記加圧ローラ
    と加熱ローラとが接触する状態にすることを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載の画像形成装置。 ３ 前記筺体の内部には停止用部材が設けられて
    おり、開いた筺体を閉じるときに前記加圧ローラ
    と加熱ローラとが離間している場合には、前記停
    止用部材が操作レバーに当接して、開いている筺
    体を閉じることができない状態にすることを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載の画像形成装置。
