Claims (1)
- 互いに転動接触可能な少なくとも一対のロール
から成り該転動接触部にトナー像を担持する転写
紙を挟圧しつつ搬送しトナー像を定着する定着装
置において、第１位置から第２位置を経て第３位
置に至る間を往復回動自在に支持された作動部材
と、前記作動部材の往復回動動作に応じて前記一
対のロールを両者が互いに圧接する圧接位置から
両者が離隔する第１離隔位置を経て両者が少なく
とも前記第１離隔位置以上に離隔する第２離隔位
置に至る間を自在に移動させる連動接離機構と、
前記作動部材が前記第１、第２及び第３の各位置
に在るときに前記一対のロールを夫々前記第１離
隔、圧接及び第２離隔の各位置に保持する保持機
構とを有することを特徴とする定着装置。
