示す図である。 １……流量計、２……調節弁、３……調節計、
４……演算回路、４１……メモリ、４２……操作
信号算出手段、５……設定手段、ＳＷ……切換え
スイツチ。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流量を測定する流量計と、測定された流量を調
    節する調節弁と、その調節弁を流量設定値に見合
    うように制御する調節計とからなるフイードバツ
    ク制御を行う閉ループ側と、ステツプ状の流量設
    定値から演算回路によつて弁開度を予測制御する
    開ループ側とを切換えスイツチによつて切換えて
    流量を最適制御する流量制御システムにおいて、 前記演算回路は、 前記調節弁に流れる流量と弁開度で決まる調節
    弁前後の流路における差圧に応じた流量と弁開度
    の特性曲線が差圧をパラメータとして複数種類格
    納されたメモリと、 変更前の流量設定値、及び前記調節計からの変
    更前の流量設定値に対する操作信号から前記メモ
    リ内の特性曲線を選択し、変更後の流量設定値と
    この曲線を利用して変更後の流量設定値に見合う
    操作信号を算出し、前記調節弁にこの操作信号を
    与える操作信号算出手段と、 を具備したことを特徴とする流量制御システム。
