Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve reliable output displacement control and output load control of an actuator by providing an input and output voltage characteristic of a servo amplifier and input voltage/output flow characteristic of a servo valve in the relatively inverse nonlinear forms.
CONSTITUTION: A difference between output and input signals of a deviation detector 1 detecting a deviation of an actuator 1 or a difference between input and output signals of a load detector 3 detecting an output load of the actuator 1 is amplified by shifting a change-over switch 8 and applied to a servo valve 12. An electrohydraulic servo controller can control the actuator 1 in said manner. A parallel circuit of a load controlling loop gain setting potentiometer 13 with its amplifier 14, and a deviation controlling loop gain setting potentiometer 15 with its amplifier 16 precedes the servo valve 12. One of the potentiometers 13, 15 is put in operation by means of a change-over switch 17 linked with the change-over switch 8.
